The theoretic section of the diploma thesis describes the issues related to project teaching, to constructivist approach to teaching, activating methods and to primary technical education. The final section of the theoretic thesis has been focused on crafts connected with natural and recyclable materials. The practical section includes descriptions of sixteen projects. All the technical projects include layouts. The conclusion of the practical section has been devoted to reference verification of the created projects and to evaluation of the realized projects.

The study characterized as qualitative research is used as the procedures and instruments for data collection, participant observation, the research literature and documents, semi-structured interviews with four teachers who are serving in the classroom, the manager and two residents who participated in the settlement of the first demonstrations by the school. Such methodological procedures, aligned to the theoretical framework, allowed to present reflections on the research problem. The results are presented in four chapters. In the first chapter we present the object of study and research methodology. In the second chapter a discussion of Rural Education, by reference to an historical overview of rural education in Brazil. Standing out in this context the struggle of rural social movements in the process of claiming and building a new educational perspective, in relation to a larger struggle for a new project of society. The third chapter discusses the historical process of the School Tiradentes, considering the components of this trajectory with reference to her pedagogical practice developed from the integration of generative themes in their curriculum, strengthening its identity as school based on the conceptions of the field of Education field in the construction of the Political School. In the fourth chapter we discuss the construction process of the Political Pedagogical School Tiradentes, with reference to pedagogical practice that has been developed by teachers. / Esta pesquisa faz um estudo sobre a Escola Municipal de Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental Tiradentes, localizada no Assentamento Tiradentes no município de Mari/PB, tendo como objeto de estudo a análise do processo de construção de seu Projeto Político - Pedagógico, destacando os elementos da Educação do Campo que estão sendo contemplados a partir das práticas pedagógicas que vem sendo desenvolvidas na escola. O estudo caracterizado como pesquisa qualitativa usou como procedimentos e instrumentos de coleta de dados a observação participante, a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, entrevista semi-estruturada, com quatro docentes que estão atuando em sala de aula, o gestor e dois moradores do assentamento que participaram das primeiras mobilizações pela escola. Tais procedimentos metodológicos, alinhados aos referenciais teóricos, possibilitaram apresentar reflexões acerca do problema de pesquisa. Os resultados são apresentados em quatro capítulos. No primeiro capítulo apresentamos o objeto de estudo e a metodologia da pesquisa. No segundo capítulo uma discussão da Educação do Campo, tomando como referência uma contextualização histórica da Educação rural no Brasil. Destacando-se neste contexto a luta dos movimentos sociais do campo no processo de reivindicação e construção de uma nova perspectiva educacional, na relação com uma luta maior por um novo projeto de sociedade. No terceiro capítulo, apresentamos o processo histórico da Escola Tiradentes, considerando os componentes dessa trajetória tendo como referência a prática pedagógica nela desenvolvida, a partir da inserção dos temas geradores em seu currículo, fortalecendo sua identidade de escola do campo embasada nas concepções de Educação do Campo na construção do Projeto Político da escola. No quarto capítulo abordamos o processo de construção do Projeto Político Pedagógico da Escola Tiradentes, tomando por referência a prática pedagógica que vem sendo desenvolvida pelos professores.

This thesis open the problematics of reading literacy and its development by project teaching. Dissertation is divided into two parts - theoretically and practically. In the first part there is described foundation of projects and project teaching, its history and advantages of its technique. Another topic is reading literacy, especially different concepts and ways of development by RWCT, creative drama and project teaching. Particular project is described in empiric part. Pupils of third class at primal school were observed during project. Qualitative and quantitative research is used in this thesis. The aim of research is influence of project teaching on pupil's motivation during the work with reading matter.

MASTER THESIS TITLE: Didactic principles of John Amos Comenius and their application in today's teaching of German language AUTHOR: Stanislava Černá DEPARTMENT: Department of Germanics SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Dagmar Švermová This master thesis is focused on the personality of meaningful Czech thinker J. A. Comenius and his didactical principles, many of which are nowadays still relevant. The most emphasized principles are activity, motivation and student's perception with the use of all senses. The last mentioned principle can be ensured by the activity-oriented teaching; student can be motivated and exacerbated by problem-oriented or project teaching. Theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the definition of principles, understanding of the activity principle before and today, its use in the foreign language teaching and the definition of aims and key competencies. Following practical part describes realization of two projects where was validated that inclusion of projects into German language teaching is suitable motivating and exacerbating means in case the aims and methods are selected appropriately. Heritage education and learning: Cases from the North Catalonia Annotation: My thesis deals with the options of the cultural and historical education in France, in particular in the North Catalonia. The work represents the relation between regional monuments and schools.In the first part, I define the term cultural heritage as such, than I focus on two cultural resorts in the North Catalonia.The second part of the thesis illustrates the connection between the monuments and schools in France, emphasizing the project teaching. The patrimony, being not studied today as a separate subject, remains an important part of one's education. However, the knowledge acquisition offers a large variety of teaching styles. Lastly, my work shows the educational services with concrete realisations of the projects in cooperation with schools. Theoretical and project diploma thesis focuses on elaboration of the thematic art series named "Water" and its realization in art classes of middle aged children at the elementary school. The theoretical part brings the general insight into the problematics of water in art and project teaching. The project part follows and it is composed of seven proposed lectures of art lessons. The description of realizations and didactic analysis of the lectures are included in the project part as well. The diploma thesis is complemented with picture attachments, photo documentation of sectional lessons and proposed structured preparation of lessons.

This diploma thesis deals with the level of entry knowledge and ideas about continents of pupils of younger school age. The aim of this thesis is to investigate complex ideas and knowledge of pupils about continents through a single research conducted in the fourth and fifth grades of three primary schools. The research date is further analysed. It will focus on the source from which children learn the information; quality, accuracy, character, extent of this knowledge, and the emotional plane of cognition and preconception. The evaluation of the research as well as the key task of the work is to analyze the difference of pupils' results by individual schools, to compare the results of the fourth and fifth grades and, last but not least, to compare the level of knowledge of boys and girls. The result of the didactic application of research data, in the practical part of the thesis, is the creation of educational material in the form of project teaching for the fourth and fifth grades of primary schools. The content of the thesis is structured into five sub-units. The research part is preceded by the theoretical part, containing the theoretical starting points of the thesis and discussion with the literature related to the given issue. The second, methodological part, introduces the subject, course and processing of the research, including applied research methods and methods used in the practical part of the thesis. The core of the work is the research part which summarizes the collected data and informs about the results of the survey. The research is followed by the practical part which includes the proposal of own project teaching for the fourth and fifth grade of primary school. The final part confirms and rejects the input hypotheses of the research.

The thesis Water is Life describes the natural science project realized over seven years at elementary school in Chrudim. The theoretical part is dedicated to comparison of the transmissive and constructive-based teaching. It also defines the terms: project, project- based teaching, projective method and research-based teaching. Further chapters deal with contrasting the project-based teaching with integrated theme-based teaching and implementation of the topic Water in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The analytical part of the thesis describes the process of realization of the Water is Life project from the methodology to the final evaluation. It also employs critical analysis of the project with emphasis on "projectivity" of the projects and necessity of following the basic criteria for the project-based teaching. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the problematic parts and the possible alterations of the described project. Dissertation "Project teaching in mathematics in primary schools focused on environmental education" describes the possible uses of the project method for teaching mathematics in primary schools including environmental focus. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on educational area of mathematics and its applications in the core curriculum, possible teaching methods, characteristics of project teaching and its historical development. The second part contains proposals on own projects including practical realization of some of them.
