A pesquisa analisou o conceito de amizade na filosofia de Aristóteles como possibilidade de formação ética. Em seguida, se propôs a investigar a hipótese das noções de rivalidade (philotimia) como a cólera (orgê) e a emulação (zêlos) estarem imbricadas no conceito de amizade. Ao repensar a formação ética que Aristóteles atribui à função do cidadão na pólis, por meio da elucidação da amizade, buscou-se levantar contribuições que trabalhassem a dimensão ética em conjunto com a dimensão epistêmica, preparando o sujeito para o trabalho e para o exercício da cidadania. Por fim, após a argumentação filosófica realizada ao longo da dissertação, concluiu-se que a ideia de ética é proveniente de um legado histórico da Grécia Antiga, e que está sendo retomado atualmente por alguns intérpretes do aristotelismo nas duas últimas décadas, o que auxiliará no repensar a formação de professores e nas práticas pedagógicas na sala de aula. / This study aimed to bring Aristotle's philosophical contributions to a contemporary education. The research analyzed the concept of friendship in the philosophy of Aristotle as a possibility of ethical formation. He then proposed to investigate the hypothesis of notions of rivalry emotions (philotimia) such as cholera (orgê) and emulation (zêlos) that are embedded in the concept of friendship. By rethinking the ethical formation that Aristotle attaches to the role of the citizen in pólis, through the elucidation of friendship, we sought to raise contributions that work the ethical dimension in conjunction with the dimention epistemic, preparing the subject for the work and for the exercise of citizenship. Finally, after a philosophical discussion conducted throughout the dissertation, it was concluded that an idea of ethics comes from a historical legacy of Ancient Greece, which is being taken up by some interpreters of Aristotelianism in the last two decades and help to rethink A Teacher training and pedagogical practices in the classroom. / CNPq: 134347/2015-3
