The topic of this thesis are selected legal aspects of the hiring of employees. During the lifetime, possibly every one of us experiences the selection process and therefore it is worth knowing all the rights and duties of both parties to the process, either rights and duties of an employer or a job applicant. Particular aspects chosen are the equal treatment and the prohibition of discrimination and the protection of personal data and especially related to the proceedings before the commencement of the employment relationship. Both aspects are closely related to each other and therefore they are described in one work, so it is easier to understand the whole content and meaning of them. The thesis is divided into five chapters, including the introduction and the conclusion. The second chapter of this work is dedicated firstly to the selection of employees in general. The graduatin thesis is devoted to implementation of the new model of e-communication for the division of microscopes and industrial endoscopes of the Olympus company. The first part includes theoretical essentials for the elaboration. The terms concerning marketing and commerial communications are explained in it, such as the differences between the purchasing process of the consumer and the companies, the topic of brand management is also mentioned and situation analysis and in the end general rules of comercial communications and e-marketing ale discussed.The aplication part describes the history of the Olympus company, its situation analysis and SWOT analysis of the division of microscopes,the procedure of creating the clients database, development of forms of the commercial notes sent and also the results of the first and second e-mailing realized. The issue of the use of biometric data in labour relations Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the current topic of the legal framework for the protection of biometric data in the context of labour relations. With the development of information technology, interest in the use of biometric data is growing. It is becoming common in the workplace that the biometric data are used, among others, for recording attendance, gaining access either to the workplace itself or to the individual work equipment. This diploma thesis deals with analysis of existing solutions for collecting maintenance data and technical condition of the aircraft. Based on this analysis, it proposes a trend monitoring system based on the existing structure and data from the flight data recorder.

This diploma thesis deals with a central user identification and personal data management on the Internet. The first part analyzes questions of a identification process and discusses the requirements for implementation, security and user-friendliness. Subsequently, the process is designed with respect to the defined requirements. A detailed overview of possible attacks to the system and means of protection against them is also included in the thesis. The described methods are as follows: Phishing, Man in the middle, hardware modification and acoustic keypress emissions. A practical design of a identification system is discussed in the second part of the thesis. It consists of two parts: a library implementable to individual Internet services requiring a user identification and a server centrally identificating the users and storing their personal data and passwords. An implementation in Joomla content management system is also described.

The subject of this Master thesis is to identify the current situation and find an optimal solutions for communication; especially for e-communication between Municipal District Prague 9 and citizens, based on outcomes from surveys conducted with the citizens, employees and observe other Municipal offices. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the interpretation of terms, some of the relevant types of e-communication, methodology and process of market research. In the practical part is depict the current situation, further analyzed the outcome from the conducted survey research and the resulted suggestions and recommendations. Protection of Personal Data Prior to Employment Abstract The development of new technologies has completely changed the view on how personal data is being processed in labor relations. Screening job seekers on social networks or using artificial intelligence to analyze a candidate's predispositions are, at first sight, much less intense and conspicuous forms of invasion of privacy than traditional surveillance methods such as the use of security cameras. Employees and job seekers are therefore in a very disadvantageous position, which has not yet been reflected on the level of EU legislation. The legal regulation of personal data protection is very specific in its abstraction. When processing personal data, it is necessary to keep in mind the basic principles of data handling, and each processing should therefore be (among other things) purposefully limited, minimized, transparent and correct. This has been necessitated mainly by a new legislation, namely, 'the General Data Protection Regulation'. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on literary research and provides a basic overview of important concepts of legislation, as well as an explanation of the concept of personal data and their structure. It further explains who the individual subjects of data protection are, who is the control authority. The second part consists of personal work, which examines whether the enterprise complies with legislative requirements in individual areas as well as preparing for the new European legislation in force.
