Únavové vlastnosti jemnozrnné mědi připravené metodou ECAP / Fatigue Properties of Ultra-fine Grain Copper Produced by ECAP Method

Navrátilová, Lucie January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis describes properties of ultra-fine grain Cu prepared via ECAP procedure. The influence of fatigue loading with positive mean stress on S-N curve (i.e. fatigue life), cyclic plastic behaviour and grain size was investigated. It was found that tensile mean stress leads to shorter lifetime in comparison with fatigue loading with zero mean stress. During main part of the lifetime, significant hardening of UFG Cu was observed. There is no distinct effect on microstructural orientation and stability.

Vliv směrovosti struktury na únavové vlastnosti tvářené Al slitiny. / Influence of Structure Directionality on Fatigue Properties of Formed Al Alloy.

Jíša, David January 2009 (has links)
The main goal of this diploma thesis is the examination of the influence of structure directionality on fatigue properties of formed aluminium alloy 6082/T6. The main attention is focused on the study of the influence of structure directionality on kinetics of short fatigue cracks growth. The measurement of short fatigue cracks growth was performed on cylindrical samples. The samples were made in two different directions; one parallel with the forming direction and second perpendicular to the forming direction. Servo hydraulic machine MTS 880 was used for the cyclic loading. The samples were cycled at two different constant stress amplitudes. Cyclic loading was systematically interrupted in order to measure the length of short cracks by a light microscope. Tensile tests, measuring of cycling hardening-softening curves, observation of microstructure, observation of surface relief, measuring of microhardness and fractographical analysis of fracture surfaces were used for further examination of the influence of the structure directionality. Some of these measured characteristics did not show any influence of the structure directionality (microhardness, fatigue life curve, Young modulus). In other cases is this influence measurable, however insignificant (yield stress, ultimate stress, cyclic hardening-softening curves and kinetics of short fatigue cracks growth). It can be summarised that the material, though the directionality of its microstructure is apparent, shows relatively isotropic mechanical behaviour.

Studium nízkocyklových únavových vlastností hořčíkové slitiny AZ31 s 0,5% vápníku. / Study of Low Cycle Fatigue Properties of Magnesium Alloy AZ31 with 0,5% Calcium.

Gejdoš, Pavel January 2009 (has links)
In this work have been identified mechanical and fatigue properties of magnesium alloy AZ31 with 0.5% calcium, which was cast using squeeze casting. In addition, it was observed microstructure of the alloys and made fractographic assessment of fracture surfaces after fatigue loading.

Vliv lidského činitele v provozu dopravních letounů / Human factor in air transport

Pískatý, Slavomír January 2010 (has links)
This dissertation examines the problems of human error in civil aviation. Its aim is, first and foremost, to evaluate types, origins and frequency of particular mistakes in piloting technique of aeroplanes. The dissertation comprises a study of the commonest human errors as presented by the examples of European airlines. The conclusion of the dissertation details proposals of method and approach on eliminating human error and thus increasing air travel safety.

Vliv topografie třecích povrchů na kontaktní únavu / Influence of topography of rubbing surfaces on rolling contact fatigue

Zahradník, Radek January 2010 (has links)
This master thesis deals with influence of topography of friction surfaces on rolling contact fatigue. This influence is examined by newly reconstructed R-MAT station, whose reconstruction and fully report about it, is part of this master thesis. Influence is examined on area with higher surface's roughness which it wasn't examined before. Further research is made on area of surfaces with topographical modification with higher surface's roughness.

Posouzení únosnosti rámu kočky mostového licího jeřábu o nosnosti 120/40t - 21m / Verification of carrying capacity crab frame of ladle crane 120/40t - 21m

Hanzelka, Jan January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with a steel construction of crab frame of ladle crane with lifting capacity of 120 and 40 tons and maximum lifting height of 21 meters. The aim of the work is analysis and assessment of the support frame of crane with a load of fatigue according to ČSN 27 0103/89. For this analysis is used thin shell and beam model. The diploma thesis was developed in cooperation with the Královopolska a.s. company.

Návrh axiálního stromečkového závěsu lopatky regulačního stupně pro parní turbíny / Design of the axial dendritic suspension of steam turbine rotor blade

Vrbka, Dušan January 2011 (has links)
This master thesis deals with axial dendritic suspension of steam turbine rotor blade. The initial shape of the suspension was design on the basis of available data. There was performed stress-strain analysis of this shape and most dangerous spots were picked. There were made several geometrical changes of the shape of suspension. Their affection on stress-strain responding of the suspension was examined. The best shape was chosen which was used to perform analysis of infinite life according to ASME code and due to loading low cycle fatigue analysis. According to results of low cycle fatigue analysis the maximum loading was established. At the end of this work the further steps were suggested.
