Náhrada stávající výměníkové stanice pára/voda za plynový kotel / Substitution of district heating by gas boiler

Dobiáš, Ladislav January 2014 (has links)
In this work, there is an overview of the design concept of condensing boilers and types of heat pumps. The current state of heating in company is assessed and possible variants are given for techno-economic evaluation. For boiler room with the gas boiler is prepared a proposal with condensation boiler. For parameters are designed and calculated proposals to form a condensing boiler. The end of the work is focused on the advantages of gas boiler and heat pump.

Vliv stočení oběžného kola na charakteristiku čerpadla / The influence of the impeller diameter decreasing on the pumps characteristic

Jelen, Richard January 2014 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with changing the geometry of the output section of the impeller of the radial centrifugal pumps and its influence on the characteristics of the pump. In engineering practice for these radial centrifugal pumps it is possible to change the parameters based on the requirements. This adaptation of parameters is called impeller trimming. Impeller trimming means the reduction of the impeller diameter thereby decreasing the flow, head and efficiency. Existing equations for calculating the changes in the characteristics of the impeller trimming are inaccurate. In this thesis is describes a possible method of putting for the recalculation characteristics of a pump based on the impeller diameter on the available characteristics of pumps.

Návrh čerpací stanice pro dopravu hydrosměsi / The pump station design for hydro-mixture transport

Béreš, Matej January 2014 (has links)
This master’s thesis is concerned about the flow of hydro-mixture in pipelines. In the first part, I am reviewing the characteristics of disperse systems, pumps and pipelines used in hydro-mixture transportation. Slurry pumps and polyethylene HDPE pipelines receive an extra attention. In the second part, I am working with data obtained from the co-operation with the PROGROUPE Sediment Removal company. These data were measured during revitalization of the water dam Gabčíkovo. In the next step, I use the data to suggest the required characteristic for the slurry pump for pump station in project of revitalizing Borovoe lake, situated in Kazakhstan.

Návrh oběžného kola odstředivého čerpadla pro dané parametry / Centrifugal pump impeller design for given parameters

Moravec, Prokop January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with centrifugal pump impeller design for given parameters. This pump impeller design consists of the calculation of basic dimensions, the meridional flow channel design and blade design. Complete design of the pump impeller is afterwards simulated in CFD programme.

Racionalizace výroby skříní / Rationalization of production casing

Konečný, Jan January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with the reorganization of production injection pump casing, when the existing production solution, using cutting lines, did not meet the requirements for flexible manufacturing. There are handled points leading to the replacement of the line of machining centres after a brief introduction of the company. Among the main points of thesis are the design of operations, choice of tools and cutting conditions, proposal clamping device and technology, techno-economic evaluation of the newly introduced production.

Návrh šroubového čerpadla / The design of screw pump

Hyriak, Maroš January 2015 (has links)
This thesis is concerned with the topic of Pumps with crew centrifugal impeller. Thanks to the benefits such as free passage and efficiency there are many practical applications of these products. Despite this fact there is only few manufacturers dealing with them what results in lack of research and available information in the area. In order to fill the gap, this thesis aims to propose hydraulic of screw centrifugal impeller to the specified parameters. The impeller with a single moving blade will be designed for pumping heavily polluted water and hardly pumpable liquids. Blade will be balanced together with the rotor, while the emphasis will be placed on the highest free passage of impeller. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes literature on the subject, practical part deals with the calculations and adjustments pointing to a concrete proposal. Parameters of designed hydraulics were verified using stationary calculations using MRF model in FLUENT. As a results, two possible solutions are offered.

Jednotka pro řízení motorů dávkovacích čerpadel / Pump Control System

Streit, Jakub January 2016 (has links)
The goal of this thesis is design of universal system for motor control. This device must be able to control at least 4 motors, stepper motors or DC motors. Wired, or wireless communication, using IEEE 802.15.4, is mandatory. The System is based on modular concept. The Basic modules are Control module, Communication module, Connection module and Power module. The system was tested in the control of fertilizer dosing pumps in the greenhouse

Termodynamické tepelné čerpadlo / Thermodynamic heat pump

Kadlec, Stanislav January 2017 (has links)
The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to discuss the design and construction solution for circulation of the thermodynamic heat pump especially used in the heating industry with stoichiometric combustion of chosen natural gas. The basic components of the proposed heat pump are turbine, compressor and gearbox. To solve the presented aims, the thermodynamic calculation of the individual components, the determination of the efficiency of the whole equipment and the analysis of the physical properties of the natural gas with regard to the specified input and output parameters were considered. In addition, an analysis of the individual components design of the proposed equipment was carried out, on the basis the technically most acceptable variant was chosen and the equipment construction was carried out incl. connecting elements. Drawing documentation is part of the attachments. On the basis of the analysis, it can be stated that the proposed plant leads to energy savings, is ecologically sufficient and has been shown to have approximately twice the amount of heat dissipated than without its use.

Eliminace vad při výrobě ozubených kol / Elimination of defects in the gears manufacturing

Petříček, Vít January 2021 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyze qualitative outages in the production of gears for a gear pump and to minimize them. The largest amount of outages was caused by the burning of the surface during face grinding. After analyzing the current state of production there were created some suggestions to avoid this issue. Also there was found some space to speed up the whole process. Suggestions to eliminate burning have been tested with minimal impact on production. The reduction of outages for burned surface was achieved and also the cycle time was shortened. Those suggestions will be implemented in serial production.

Environmentální řešení objektu penzionu ve Velké Bíteši / Environmental solutions of building guesthouse in Velká Bíteš

Bachmayer, Milan January 2022 (has links)
The main aim of the Master project is a design of the guesthouse with wellness, which has nearly zero-energy consumption and is located in Velká Bíteš. For design is used ARCHICAD, for numeric is used DEKSOFT. This Master project consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the design of the guesthouse, the second part concentrates on a technical design and the third part focuses on the draft of different energy sources, its comparison and evaluation. Guesthouse is a three-story building with walkable flat roof. Wellness, cold rooms and massages are located in the basement. Other places of floor consist of sanitary facilities, technical rooms and common rooms. There are also guest rooms on the other floors and a conference hall on the third room. This final draft has much more positive outcomes than other alternatives; with respect to primary energy and impact on the environment. However, the final draft has higher purchase costs and its financial and operational economy is extremely dependent on the prices of electric power.
