This thesis focuses on the stress loads and stressors of the Police of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, stress, stress history, types of stress and where stress comes from is closely described. The next part explains the influence of the load and stress on health, and the consequences of stress overload. The end of the theoretical part is focused on the unitary armed security corps. Work stress, stressors and factors at Police of the Czech Republic are defined there. The empirical part discusses a research of the stress level in the workplace of the Police of the Czech Republic that was carried out in Chomutov, Jirkov, Ústí nad Labem and Prague via questionnaire survey. This part of the work provides an inspection of the general characteristics of the sample, its statistic evaluation and graphs with an interpretation of the results. At the end, the stress level is evaluated and stressors which affect the workplace of selected group of Police of the Czech Republic are identified. Finally, the measures for their limitation are proposed.

The theoretical part is focused on the legislation, economic aspects and historical context of the state-owned enterprise concept. The aim is to thoroughly evaluate the legal and economic aspects of the particular state-owned company. After the basic terms are defined, the dissertation concentrates on the state-owned enterprise Lesy České republiky, s.p. (Forests of the Czech Republic, state-owned enterprise). In its practical part the thesis provides the comparison of Bayerische Staatsforsten AöR (Bavarian State Forests) and Lesy České republiky, s.p. The conclusion deals with the evaluation of the pros and cons of the state-owned enterprise according to effective legislation.

The Financial Administration of the Czech Republic uses different instruments and procedures in struggle against VAT evasions. The most important instrument used today is the so-called Institute of Unreliable Tax Payer. The dissertation is focused on basic principles of the Institute of Unreliable Tax Payer, discovering its deficiencies and making suggestions for improvements. The main emphasis is placed on critical view of each standard of the Institute of Unreliable Tax Payer. Finally the dissertation evaluates the Unreliable Tax Payer implementation in VAT evasion.

The thesis titled Competition in the Aviation Market contains issues of competition in the market for passenger air transport services in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the major airlines operating in the market of scheduled air transport, particularly on Czech Airlines and Travel Service. These airlines are engaged in their introduction, description of their services, the development of selected indicators and SWOT analysis. For Czech Airlines characterizes cooperation with Asian airline, Korean Air. The thesis also describes the competition from other perspectives as well as major trends in air transport. The theoretical part of thesis includes explanations of basic terms of the solved problem, namely the introduction of air transportation, airlines and theories in the field of competition. Own works will contain a description of specific airlines, analyzing their offers, the development of the main indicators, SWOT analysis and trends in air transportation. The final section is devoted to the evaluation of the results.
