Initially the research of applicable methods and operations suitable for the company management will be done. Next step will be to apply these procedures in the company and eventually to provide a range of adjustments. As a result, not only an optimal production control system eliminating possible mistakes stemming from the insufficient control management is implemented, but also the company is prepared for further profitable growth.

This diploma thesis deals with industrial ISMS implementation in manufacturing company. The theoretical part of thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge in the field of information security and industrial security. In the following section company AB Komponenty s.r.o. is analysed. Then is performed analysis of risks based on selected assets and potential threats. Followed by design of the countermeasure to minimalize potential threats.

This thesis explains how to determine and eliminate the causes of quality problems in the production of connectors and small electronic components for the automotive industry. The process of making these components is carried out by use of both high speed and low speed metal stamping presses. There are descriptions of the different designs of editing punches, stamping dies, trimming and molding tools and how unplanned issues can occur during the production process. It addresses all the customer requirements for quality end products, listing the type of material, finishes and technology used for the production of individual components as well as their functionality, durability, and economic impacts. All examples of changes in the design or technology of metal stamping presses are based on many years of practical experience and most of them can be successfully applied in other similar type of instrument production.

The goal is verify the functionality of educational proces, which is based particular the methods and techniques of drama that can be used in school practice and from which it can be expected contribute to the formation of positive relationships and reducing disciplinary problems. The theoretical part evaluated the concept of discipline in the classroom, prevention of disorderly behaviors and drama education as a prevention of disciplinary problems.
