Ptáci ve vyučování na středních školách s novými poznatky v oboru / Birds in teaching at secondary schools with new knowledge in the field

In the introduction of theoretical part of diploma thesis is tabularly summed up the systém of birds classification. Other parts are focused not only on general issues and commonly used themes in school textbooks, popular literature and educational media, but also to highlight specific features, characteristic only for the birds. These themes are historical and evolutional questions, cover morphology, the effect of the senses, body structury and function of organs. In detail is analyzed the issue of body composition and skeletal system of birds. In the final sections are mentioned specialities in the behavior and communication between birds and their habits. The practical part includes a SWOT analysis of available textbooks for the four-year gymnasium with regard to the chapters and information about the animal class of birds. The data analyzed in the textbook can only be considered as basic with need to extend and complement by the teacher. Attached to the diploma thesis are two presentations in Powerpoint, containing basic information and specific features, characteristic only for birds. The presentations are created worksheets. This diploma thesis deals with the life of a student with Asperger Syndrome at university. The theoretical part is dedicated to the characteristics of Asperger Syndrome, it explains the history, terms and specific areas of the given disability. Further, the work explores the particular areas in the life of the individual with this disability and familiarizes the readers with the organizations, which help the people with Asperger Syndrome. On the basis of the theoretical part, qualitative research investigation was selected for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part, there is presented the case study of the individual with Asperger Syndrome, which provides an overall insight into the ways of supporting a student with Asperger Syndrome at university by means of the analysis of the interviews, observations and documents. Vulgarita dětí z pohledu učitelek a učitelů na základní škole / Children vulgarity from the basic school teachers' point of view

The thesis focuses on children vulgarity from the basic school teachers` point of view. The children vulgarity is a socio-psychological-communicational phenomenon, frequently discussed in the public but scientifically almost not examined at all. The aim of the thesis is to define factors important for perception and evaluation of children vulgarity by basic school teachers, to specify situations where they meet with vulgarity, how the teachers react and to find out how they evaluate co-operation with parents in situations they have to deal with the children vulgarity together. The research showed that according to their teachers, children learn vulgar words in the family, from their contemporaries and from public media. Teachers feel vulgar words used by children now are stronger than in the past and former vulgar words are considered normal by children today. Teachers say older children use vulgar words more frequently and the words are more intensive than with younger children. When evaluating if vulgarity is appropriate or not, teachers bear in mind context of the situation - in which atmosphere and among what people it is used, whom is it addressed to. This thesis deals with the relationship between family and kindergarten. It is mainly focused on communication, through which there is a mutual interaction and relationship builded between teachers and parents. In the communication both actors must strive for the best possible cooperation, since only in this case they can reach their common goal, which is the smooth development and overall development of the child's personality. The theoretical part defines the concept of communication. It analyzes current family and nursery schools as an institution and deals with the relations between them. It also mentions the conflict and some types of barriers that can lead to difficulties in the interaction. The practical part is based on research done through questionnaires which was aimed to teachers and parents. The result presents their subjective evaluation of communication.

Možnosti rozvíjení spolupráce pedagogických pracovníků na základní umělecké škole / Development of the teaching staff cooperation at a primary art school

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of cooperation among pedagogical employees from the point of view of executives of an elementary art school. It is devided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part specifies the concept of cooperation, sets it in the conditions of the elementary art school and describes the possibilities of cooperation control as well as approaches of the executives. Further it deals with concepts which influence the cooperation process, competences of the executives, organization structure and gender of the school director. The empirical part refers to a quantitative research which principle is questionnaire investigation of an accidentally chosen sample of directors of elementary art schools. The results of this investigation are further confirmed by interviews with the school directors and consequently with teachers. The subject of research are two experiments verifying the application of cooperation forms on this type of schools and observation of the cooperation process at the school of researcher's operation. A part of the thesis is also the overview of the results of used research methods. These are further analysed based on given hypotheses. Education on Healthy Lifestyle at Secondary School ABSTRAKT This thesis deals with am issue of healthy lifestyle among pupils at secondary schools. The aim of the thesis is to find out information, or knowledge, attitudes to and perception of the hidden curriculum of school corresponding to healthy lifestyles area. The theoretical part pursues the analysis of the concept of health and healthy lifestyle, includes a view of curriculum documents related to educational training for health and focuses on teacher as the major component affecting students in shaping the relationship and the principles relating to a healthy lifestyle. Practical part describes the level of knowledge of students, the degree of compliance with the principles of a healthy lifestyle and a measure of the hidden curriculum, which the pupils at the school are influenced by. Based on the results of the research the design for inspiration of the theme of healthy lifestyle education, which can be used in teaching practice, is stated.
