The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of the underground parts of the building. Part of this thesis is to comapare alternative designs and subsequentli evaluate the interaction of the upper structure with subsoil and pile fundantion. A detailed static assessment and implementation documentation is then prepared for the selected variant. The design of the base plate and reinforced concrete walls of the underground section are designed with respect to the crack width according to the principles for designing the white box. The theoretical part contains principles for designing and implementing a white box and evaluating design variants.

The diploma thesis deals with project documentation of new kindergartens in the cadastral area Rohatec. The building is self-standing, two-storey with a partial basement. It is a building designed for the upbringing and education of pre-school children. The capacity of kindergarten is 48 children divided into two classes. Part of the operation is a food preparation zone. The building is designed as a brick made of porous concrete blocks with mineral insulation, based on basic concrete passages. The roofing of the kindergarten is using warm flat roofs.

This diploma thesis solves design of the new building for temporary accommodation. The building of hotel is located in the center of village Halenkov on plot no. 103/1, which is city plan for construction of buildins for development. The building is designed as two and no cellerage. The floor plan of designed building is creating the shape of letter L. The has gabled roof with a slope of 40 degree at the part for accomodation and single-layer flat at the part for restaurant. The building is of brick construction system of Porotherm blocks based on concrete footings. The ceilings consist of reinforced concrete monolithic slab andpre-stressed concrete floor slabs. The hotel is equipped with 27 rooms for 50 guests and the restaurant is designed for 72 customers. The thesis is processed in the form of project documentation for new building, containing all the requirements according to applicable standards and regulations.

The subject of the diploma thesis is processing of the technical part of the project documentation for the new three-storey home for elderly with partial basement, which is located in the village Ořechov. The object is situated on a flat terrain, which is situated little bit higher than local road. That was used for an architectonic conception of the house –basement is open and accessible by local road from the north side, the rest is under ground. The detached building is partly roofed by a flat green roof and partly roofed by flat roof covered with gravel. The object is divided into individual areas. In the second and third floor is living and social area. 11 dwelling units of different sizes are designed. First floor is also accessible to the public and together with entrance hall and reception, which is situated in the middle of the object with the main entrance on the east side, there are another two separate areas. The left wing serves as a medical department, in the right wing is cofé with his own staff facilities. In the basement is a utility room and storage areas.

This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological project of apartment building in Brno – Slatina, Kigginsova street. Thesis focus on technological phase of monolithic rough superstructure and masonry work. For this phases were processed technogical specifications and controlling ad testing schedules. Within this thesis was also compiled technical report, solution of transport roads, technical report and drawings of site equipmet. For main object was compiled itemized budget, which was foundation for completing time schedule. In diploma thesis are further processed safety requirements and chosen construction details.

The aim of the diploma thesis is a detailed study of the VUT area at Kraví Hora to a scale of 1: 200. The aim is to combine the interests of VUT and Brno in this extraordinary territory for the benefit of both subjects. For the needs of the city, I created a publicly accessible park in which I placed the VUT museum buildings and the spaces for the promotion of individual VUT faculties that the Technical University lacks. I have also placed the object of the creative business center here. These are rented spaces especially for VUT graduates and VUT employees who want to do creative work. Both buildings with a green walkable roof are embedded in the terrain so as not to disturb the overall impression of the landscape and create a natural transition between the buildings and the city park.

A specialized project of „Architectural study of modification of the bicycle stadium Favorit Brno in the BVV area and urban design of the Hněvkovský sports complex in Komárov“ preceded the diploma thesis. The aim of the project was preparation of the area for cycling stadium with all the necessary facilities and functional connections. The diploma thesis develops a previous project and elaborates the compound of the cycling stadium in a form of a study. The building should recpect to the current demands of this sport, such as a closed roof of the building, siberian pine track material and a 250-meter track length. The building will be situated in the area adjacent to the current biker complex in Brno Komárov.

The diploma thesis deals with the building - technological project of the apartment house in Brno - Slatina, Lučiny. The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. In addition, an item budget, which was followed by a detailed schedule. Based on these documents was created a balance of machines and workers. For monolithic constructions were developed a technological regulation and a control and test plan. Furthermore, the calculation of the decanting time and the design of the formwork turnover, supplemented by its drawing. In the diploma thesis is elaborated a plan for safety and health protection in the workplace and selected design details.

The diploma thesis concerns static project of chosen parts of load-bearing structure four-storey multifunctional building. It´s frame structural systém locally supported colomns. The thesis suggests floor slab above ground floor including punching, colomn, foundation pad, basement wall, loaded soil and strip foundation. Every element was judged by load-bearing capacity, designed reinforcement and made drawings of reinforcement. Calculation of internal forces is made by finite element method of the program dlubal RFEM.

The topic of this thesis is a new-building of a hotel with a wellness centre. The building site is located in the cadastral area of Malenovice near Zlín, the city of Zlín, Zlín Region. It is the building consisting of three rectangles inserted into each other. The building is designed as a six-floor skeletal construction with a cellar made of reinforced concrete, roofed with flat roofs. In the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant with outside seating, wellness centre, and utility rooms. The second and the third floor are intended for accommodation of guests in the form of double rooms and apartments. In the fourth and fifth floors there are double rooms as well. Rooms for guests and apartments are situated to the southern and northern part. This residential space is mostly equipped with balconies stretching along the corners. In the last, sixth floor there can be found the management of the hotel, a conference room and a bar with terrace. The main entrance is situated to the northern part of the object. Outdoor parking places are also a part of the hotel. Exterior and interior of the hotel are designed in the conformity with current modern trends. The layout of the space is functional and basic. The dynamics of the building is supported by external holes in black colour and by the two-coloured facade in blue and grey colours. The hotel is meant for both active and passive relaxation, there is a possibility of accommodation of young couples, families with children, elderly people, individuals, and people with limited ability of movement. The hotel of designed with the focus on the comfort of guests. Therefore the leisure time space is a part of hotel. The comfortable space for relaxation within the object is provided by the wellness centre mentioned above, the bar with terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool. The disposition of the object is fastened by the reinforced concrete monolithic panels and by the feet placed under both inside and outside reinforc
