This diploma thesis deals with the issue of quality of life, especially in terms of the satisfaction of the city's population Zdar nad Sazavou. Quality of life is examined in terms of economic, social and environmental. In the literature review are defined thebasic concepts of quality of life, its history, approaches, models, methods of measurement and indicators . It also deals with the concept of sustainable development, quality of life is closely related. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the quality of life in the study area and subsequent proposals for measures to improve the quality of life.It also analyzes the current situation of the town of Zdar nad Sazavou and evaluates survey of citizens of the city.

Aim of this text is to create comprehensive knowledge about green vegetation on city scale and indicate developmental trends in this sphere in area of Prague. Another important parts of document are general-purpose methodology and analysis of city planning instruments. Data required for research are acquired by satellite land survey. Results of this work gives information about progress of city vegetation in urban space of Prague. Theses included comparison with other European metropolises.

The thesis deals with the religious dimension of life at Czech secularized school. In its theoretical part, using the theoretical sources, it tries to give some information about different conceptions of religion, about the psychology and sociology´s point of view, about the personality of the teacher and school culture as well and shortly about the development of our school system in the history of the Czech Republic. In its practical part it tries to answer the question about the existence of the religious dimension of life at particular Czech school with the research and its analysis.

The capture of image of the Emperor Rudolf II., his social surroundings and settlement in a historical science was the aim of the thesis called "Rudolf II. in the image of German-language belles-lettres and drama of 19th and 20th Century". Afterwards this image was compared by historical drama Ein Brudezwist in Habsburg by Franz Grillparzer and by two pieces of belles-lettres literature Der Engel vom westlichen Fenster by Gustav Meyrink and Nachts unter der steinernen Brücke by Leo Perutz. The all above mentioned pieces were used as the basic source of this Thesis, their interpretation is based on methodological concepts of memory. This Thesis is presented as a case study, which could become starting point for systematic research of the second life image of Habsburg monarchs in the future.

Comparison between flow in the left internal mammary artery harvested via sternotomy and via a left anterior small thoracotomy with clinical impact for the patient Introduction: In the treatment of coronary artery disease (CAD), in addition to conservative therapy and percutaneous interventions, is irreplacebly belong coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The gold standard in the surgical treatment of CAD is CABG from a median sternotomy access using cardiopulmonary bypass (on-pump CABG). A less invasive and economically advantageous is CABG from a median sternotomy access without cardiopulmonary bypass (off-pump CABG) and last but not least CABG through a left anterior small thoracotomy (LAST) approach (MIDCAB - "minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass"). Although the final technical implementation anastomoses is essentially identical in off-pump CABG and MIDCAB, the difference is very important during left internal mammary artery (LIMA) harvesting, especially through a LAST approach, which can be difficult for the surgeon. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the negative and positive externalities in field of traffic and reparation of ground equipment, depending on the character of transport route, environment and the type of transport facilities. This thesis is also focused on the appraisal of transport and their externalities effects on quality life of people, the environment and possibilities for improvement of these influences.

The dissertation deals with contemporary women's sence of life with a view to the sphere of motherhood and interruption. The dissertation is divided into two main parts. The theoretic part deals with possible understanding and creating of woman's sence of life, which can become the motherhood. But it can hit a lot of obstructions. These are mostly a long-time studies, a longing to build a career, feeling of being to young or worry about the partner relationship. A main role take contraceptive measures, which allow to plan a family or avoid it. In consequence of social changes was the attention aimed at the possibility of artificial termination of a pregnancy. The practical part tries to map the womens opinions on the position of a child in their life. On the basis of the above mentioned obstructions three spheres of research were defined - namely sence of life in connection with values, relationship to children, relationship between the motherhood and the career and relationship to mechanisms, wherby women refuse to have children.

Thesis The Quality of Life Analysis at Educators and Propose a Program for Health Support in Tabor Region support especially deals with tutorial profession in the theoretical part, competence of teachers and provides the tutor profile. It describes quality of life concept in the next chapter. Important thing especially is the quality of the teacher´s life and its issue as well as the support of the teacher´s health. There was my aim to analyze the quality of tutor life in Tábor area in the research section and to propose and to verify the program of the health support. The research was realized on the base of questionnaire survey with the help of questionnaire WHOQOL-BREF. There was found a good life quality of the tutors and there was even the quality of life improved in the group that participated of my intervention program.

Cardivascular diseases are still the major cause of mortality and morbidity in developped countries. From the available demographic datas ageing of population connected with increased number of patients is evident. These cardiovascular patients are treated conservative, interventional and surgical way. In the theoretical part of this work characteristics and patophysiology of ageing is described regarding particular body systems. Then there are mentioned individual diseases of heart which are currently being treated in a surgical way. It mainly deals with ischemic heart disease, disease of aortic, mitral and tricuspid valve and supraventricular arrythmia. There is also a desrciption of pre-operative preparation, course of the surgery and early postoperative period as well as pharmacological and interventionist therapy. Attention is paid to the differences in surgical care about seniors ? determination of operation risk, pre-operative course, operative course and postoperative rehabilitation. Quality of life is also mentioned as the important aspect while evaluating the success rate of treatment of the particular disease. The work gives information about its definition, possibilities of its observing and evaluation during the postoperative period. Last but not least social issues of senior patients are mentioned in the work as well. The research part is focused on the evaluation of the patients´ state during the pre-operative, perioperative and postoperative period. Particular associated diseases, data from the surgery and postoperative complications are also recorded. The research part then deals with the confirmation of individual hypothesis which were performed through the questionnaires before and one year after the surgery. It was answered by 310 patients.

In this diploma thesis deals with the issue of quality of life for children in primary school Zliv. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on characterizing the quality of life, a period of pubescence and the basic needs of children. In the practical part deals with research using questionnaires, which determines the value orientation and other areas of life-style, health and happiness. In the final stage, I present the results obtained, which are evaluated and graphically presented.
