The relevance of the dissertation work lies in the creation of visual web development tools for the purpose of import substitution of foreign software. In the modern world, where information technology plays a key role in the development of the economy and society, the issue of import substitution of foreign software is becoming increasingly relevant. This is due to the need to ensure the country's information security, reduce dependence on foreign technologies and develop its own developments. / Актуальность диссертационной работы заключается в создании средств визуальной веб-разработки в целях импортозамещения иностранного ПО. В условиях современного мира, где информационные технологии играют ключевую роль в развитии экономики и общества, вопрос импортозамещения иностранного программного обеспечения становится всё более актуальным. Это обусловлено необходимостью обеспечения информационной безопасности страны, снижения зависимости от иностранных технологий и развития собственных разработок.

Работа посвящена обзору и выбору программного обеспечения для разработки модифицированных чат-бот приложений. В ней рассматриваются основные преимущества и описание процесса разработки чат-ботов. В работе используются передовые методы, алгоритмы и сценарии из области машинного обучения и искусственного интеллекта для формирования релевантного ответа чат-бота. / The work is devoted to the review and selection of software for the development of modified chatbot applications. It discusses the main benefits and describes the process of developing chatbots. The work uses advanced methods, algorithms, and scenarios from the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence to form a relevant chatbot response.

The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion, set out on 59 pages, as well as a bibliography. The work has 6 figures and 3 tables. The bibliography consists of 50 titles. The purpose of the work is to develop and implement the server part of the application for supporting HIV+ children. The object of the study is the process of supporting patients of the AIDS center under 18 years of age using information technology. Research methods: study of scientific and technical literature, methods of mathematical statistics and mathematical theory, methods of algorithmization. Results of the work: a functioning web service deployed on a cloud server. / Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав и заключения, изложенных на 59 страницах, а также библиографического списка. В работе имеется 6 рисунков и 3 таблицы. Библиографический список состоит из 50 наименований. Цель работы – разработка и реализация серверной части приложения для сопровождения ВИЧ+ детей. Объект исследования – процесс сопровождения с использованием информационных технологий пациентов СПИД-центра до 18 лет. Методы исследования: изучение научной и технической литературы, методы математической статистики и математической теории, методы алгоритмизации. Результаты работы: функционирующий web-сервис, развернутый на облачном сервере.
