In the conditions of constantly changing economic phenomena and processes, regular fluctuations in the domestic and foreign markets, the most acute is the problem of effective investment and the use of capital in order to obtain a positive economic effect when investing. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of a small industrial enterprise. The analysis was based on the study of scientific and periodical literature, the study of existing methods of assessing investment attractiveness and experience of implementation in practice. As sources of information we used legal acts, the database of publications of the Russian science citation index, presented on the resource Elibrary, statistics on the subject of research, management reporting data and internal documents of the studied enterprise. In the course of writing a master's thesis, an algorithm for assessing the investment attractiveness of a small industrial enterprise was developed and tested. The use of the developed tools is aimed at increasing the level of investment attractiveness of small industrial enterprises, as well as improving the accuracy of the investor's assessment of small industrial enterprises in the selection of investment objects. As a result of approbation of the developed technique the level of investment attractiveness of the operating industrial enterprise was increased. / В условиях постоянно изменяющихся экономических явлений и процессов, регулярных колебаний на внутреннем и внешнем рынках, наиболее острой является проблема эффективного вложения и использования капитала с целью получения положительного экономического эффекта при инвестировании. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методики оценки инвестиционной привлекательности малого промышленного предприятия. Анализ основывался на изучении научно-периодической литературы, изучении существующих методик оценки инвестиционной привлекательности и опыта внедрения в практику. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные статистики по тематике исследования, данные управленческой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирован алгоритм оценки инвестиционной привлекательности малого промышленного предприятия. Использование разработанного инструментария нацелено на повышения уровня инвестиционной привлекательности малого промышленного предприятия, а также на повышение точность оценки инвестором малых промышленных предприятий при выборе объектов инвестирования. В результате апробации разработанной методики был повышен уровень инвестиционной привлекательности действующего промышленного предприятия.

Целью работы является анализе и оценке значимых факторов развития частного инвестирования в инновационные проекты малого бизнеса. В работе предложен методический подход к анализу и оценке факторов частных инвестиций в инновационные проекты малого бизнеса, который позволяет разрабатывать меры, направленные на стимулирование роста частных инвестиций в инновационные проекты малого бизнеса. Также получена совокупность моделей, которые позволяют получать количественные оценки влияния экономических факторов на объем частного инвестирования в инновационные проекты малого бизнеса и строить прогнозы его развития. / The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate significant factors in the development of private investment in innovative small business projects. The paper proposes a methodical approach to the analysis and evaluation of factors of private investment in innovative small business projects, which allows you to develop measures aimed at stimulating the growth of private investment in innovative small business projects. Also, a set of models that allow the aim is to obtain quantitative estimates of the impact of economic factors on the volume of private investment in innovative small business projects and to make forecasts of its development.

Актуальность исследования объясняется необходимостью оценки влияния мер государственного стимулирования на эффективность реализации инвестиционных проектов. Цель данного исследования состоит в разработке усовершенствованного методического подхода для оценки инвестиционных проектов в металлургии под воздействием мер государственного стимулирования. В рамках работы были изучены стандартные и расширенные методы оценки, модели выбора обновления производства и вариантов финансирования, а также типовые и усовершенствованные показатели для анализа эффективности инвестиционных проектов. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, нормативно-правовые акты и финансовая отчетность организаций в открытом доступе. В магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к оценке инвестиционных проектов в металлургии под воздействием мер государственного стимулирования, дополненный определением экономических показателей деятельности предприятия и расчетом показателей эффективности использования основных средств на основе системы балльной оценки, практическое применение которого повысит точность и объективность расчетов, а также упростит процедуру отбора проектов при формировании инвестиционного портфеля. / The relevance of the study is explained by the need to assess the impact of government incentives on the effectiveness of the implementation of investment projects. The purpose of this study is to develop an improved methodical approach for evaluating investment projects in the metallurgy under the influence of government incentives. As part of the work, standard and extended evaluation methods, models for choosing the renewal of production and financing options, as well as standard and improved indicators for analyzing the effectiveness of investment projects were studied. As sources, research and methodical literature, legal acts and financial statements of organizations in the public domain were used. In the master's thesis, a methodical approach was developed to assess investment projects in metallurgy under the influence of government incentives, supplemented by determining the economic indicators of the enterprise and calculating the efficiency indicators for the use of fixed assets based on a scoring system, the practical application of which will increase the accuracy and objectivity of calculations, as well as simplify the procedure for selecting projects when forming an investment portfolio.

В первой главе рассмотрены аспекты инвестиционной деятельности, общая характеристика инвестиционных проектов и влияние реальных инвестиций на деятельность предприятий. Во второй главе проанализированы отрасль черной металлургии и влияние инвестиционной деятельности на финансовое состояние коммерческого предприятия. В третьей главе произведена оценка финансовой и инвестиционной деятельности предприятий черной металлургии после завершения сделок по слиянию и поглощению. Хирургический иглодержатель – инновационный продукт, создание которого в связи с этим связано с высокими рисками и финансовыми затратами. Медицинские стартапы, как правило, требуют значительных инвестиций для разработки и внедрения новых технологий, что делает для них управление рисками привлечения инвестиций особенно важным. Целью работы является разработка методики, позволяющей эффективно управлять рисками привлечения инвестиций в стартапы. Объект – стартап «Хирургический иглодержатель». В качестве научной новизны следует отметить разработанную методику управления рисками привлечения инвестиций в стартап, основанную на экспертной оценке вероятности, уровня, ущерба и степени управляемости идентифицированных рисков, что на практике позволяет разработать эффективные мероприятия по минимизации влияния данных рисков и привлечь инвестиции в стартап. Medical startups, as a rule, require significant investments to develop and implement new technologies, which makes risk management of attracting investments especially important for them. The aim of the work is to develop a methodology that allows you to effectively manage the risks of attracting investments in startups. The object is a startup “Surgical needle Holder”. As a scientific novelty, it should be noted that the developed risk management methodology for attracting investments in a startup is based on an expert assessment of the probability, level, damage and degree of manageability of identified risks, which in practice makes it possible to develop effective measures to minimize the impact of these risks and attract investments in a startup. The practical significance of the research is that the results obtained in the course of the work can be used to manage the risks of attracting investments in startups of various levels.
