The master's thesis deals with the Russian and international experience in the placement of industrial sites. The main features and problems of placing industrial parks on the territory of industrial sites. A project concept for the construction of the Synergy industrial park has been developed as a tool for the development of the industrial zone of the Alabuga industrial economic zone. Budgeting was developed and the economic efficiency of the project was evaluated. / В магистерской диссертации рассматриваются российский и мировой опыт размещения индустриальных площадок. Основные особенности и проблемы размещения промпарков на территории индустриальных площадок. Разработана концепция проекта по строительству промышленного парка «Синергия» как инструмент развития индустриальной площадки ОЭЗ ППТ «Алабуга». Разработано бюджетирование и выполнена оценка экономической эффективности проекта.

The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first chapter discusses the global trends in the development of industrial parks, their history of occurrence. The second chapter discusses in detail the Russian experience in the implementation of industrial parks, methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of regions and a review of industrial parks in the Russian Federation. The third chapter presents the development of a development project in the industrial park. A detailed analysis of the environment and a feasibility study of the development project with an assessment of the effectiveness of the project investment are given. / Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе рассматриваются мировые тенденции развития индустриальных парков, их история возникновения. Во второй главе подробно рассматривается российский опыт реализации индустриальных парков, методические подходы к оценке инвестиционной привлекательности регионов и обзор промпарков РФ. В третьей главе представлена разработка девелоперского проекта на территории индустриального парка. Приведен подробный анализ окружения и технико-экономическое обоснование девелоперского проекта с оценкой эффективности инвестиций проекта.
