The paper reviewed the existing methodological approaches to the assessment of the export business of industrial regions of Russia. On their basis, we proposed the author's methodology for researching the working-out and development of the region's commodity export strategy, which consists in a comparative analysis of the potential of the industrial regions of Russia in the system of indicators, on exports of different countries and the Sverdlovsk region, on the commodity structure of regional exports; in the context analysis of the concepts and strategies of foreign economic activity of the regions; in determining the orientation of foreign economic relations of the Sverdlovsk region; in determining the level of internationalization of the largest exporters of Sverdlovsk region and their integration into the World Economic System; in the calculation of deferred dividends. The result of this methodology is the development of analysis findings and direction to increase the attractiveness of territories and increase exports, the national share in the global value chains, incl. mechanisms, methods, ways, etc. Next, we conducted an approbation of the proposed author's methodology, based on it, developed a new strategy for the development of exports of goods in the Sverdlovsk region and showed that the existing export development strategy for Sverdlovsk region's products implies an increase in exports in the standard way, that is, through the search for new markets, increase production of intermediate goods, the creation of a single commodity by different enterprises and the maintenance of relations with already existing trading and strategic partners. The new model of the strategy is based on combining of the maximum efforts of enterprises to create a large finished product and the output with this product in a new economic space, as well as an increase in the output of goods with high added value. In addition, it is proposed to conclude not only a classical contract of sale, but also a profit sharing agreement. In other words, our strategy is based on the geo-economic approach, which implies the creation of long internationalized investment-reproduction cycles. The new approach should not just increase exports, create new finished goods, but also increase the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the region. / В работе были рассмотрены существующие методические подходы к оценке экспортной деятельности индустриальных регионов России. На их основании мы предложили авторскую методику исследования развития и разработки стратегии товарного экспорта регионов, которая заключается в сравнительном анализе потенциала индустриальных регионов России по системе показателей, по экспорту разных стран и СО, по товарной структуре экспорта регионов; в контен-анализе концепций и стратегий внешнеэкономической деятельности регионов; в определении ориентированности внешнеэкономических связей Свердловской области; в определении уровня интернационализации курпнейших экспортеров СО и их интеграции в МЭС; в расчете отложенных дивидендов. Итогом такой методики является разработка выводов анализа и направления для повышения привлекательности территорий и увеличение объемов экспорта, национальной доли в ГЦДС, в т.ч. механизмы, методы, способы и т.д. Далее мы провели апробацию предложенной авторской методики, на ее основании разработали новую стратегию развития экспорта товаров Свердловской области и показали , что существующая стратегия развития экспорта товаров Свердловской области подразумевает увеличение объемов экспорта стандартным путем, то есть через поиск новых рынков сбыта, увеличение производства промежуточных товаров, создание единичного товара разными предприятиями и поддержание отношений с уже существующими торговыми и стратегическими партнерами. Новая же модель стратегии основана на объединении максимальных усилий предприятий для создания крупного готового продукта и выход с этим продуктом в новое экономическое пространство, а также увеличение выпуска товара с высокой добавленной стоимостью. Кроме того, предлагается заключать не только классический договор купли-продажи, но и договор участия в прибылях. Другими словами наша стратегия основана на геоэкономическом подходе, который подразумевает создание длинных интернационализированных инвестиционно-воспроизводственных циклов. Новый подход должен не просто увеличить объемы экспорта, создать новыt готовые товары, но также повысить конкурентоспособность и инвестиционную привлекательность региона.

Актуальность темы магистерской диссертации является важность и обязательность конвергенции международных стандартов бухгалтерского учета. Целью исследования является исследование важности МСФО и их огромную роль в развитии торговых отношении Китая и России. Магистерская диссертация посвящена особенностям межкультурной коммуникации России и Казахстана в процессе евразийской интеграции (на примере ЕАЭС). Цель данного исследования анализ межкультурной коммуникации России и Казахстана в евразийской интеграции (на примере ЕАЭС) и рекомендации специалистам по межкультурной коммуникации по разработке механизма межкультурной коммуникации в евразийской интеграции. Структура работы состоит из двух глав: теоретической и практической. В теоретической части рассматриваются теоретические аспекты: межкультурное взаимодействие в контексте парадигм глобализации, интеграции; феномен межкультурной коммуникации как взаимодействие двух языковых картин мира в евразийской интеграции, а также лингвистические проблемы межкультурной коммуникации в Евразийском пространстве. В практической части анализируется источниковедческая база, интернациональность политической и экономической терминологии как следствие межкультурной коммуникации и глобализационных процессов; коннотации и символы культуры, их интерпретация в межкультурной коммуникации России и Казахстана, а также предлагаются рекомендации специалистам по межкультурной коммуникации по разработке механизма межкультурной коммуникации в евразийской интеграции. После анализа значительного количества источников становится очевидным, что для участников делового общения межкультурной коммуникации в рамках евразийской интеграции характерна общность пресуппозитивной базы знаний, которая понимается как наличие предварительных сведений и знаний, общего житейского и профессионального опыта. Это можно объяснить многолетним знакомством деловых коммуникантов, взаимностью интересов, совместной долгосрочной профессиональной деятельностью, краткосрочным совместным опытом, важным лишь для данного высказывания. / The master dissertation is devoted to the features of intercultural communication between Russia and Kazakhstan in the process of Eurasian integration (on the example of the EAEU). The purpose of this study is to analyze the intercultural communication of Russia and Kazakhstan in the Eurasian integration (using the example of the EAEU) and recommendations to specialists in intercultural communication on the development of a mechanism for intercultural communication in the Eurasian integration. The structure of the work consists of two chapters: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the theoretical aspects are considered: intercultural interaction in the context of the paradigms of globalization, integration; the phenomenon of intercultural communication as the interaction of two linguistic worldviews in Eurasian integration, as well as linguistic problems of intercultural communication in the Eurasian space. The practical part analyzes the source base, the internationality of political and economic terminology as a consequence of intercultural communication and globalization processes; connotations and symbols of culture, their interpretation in the intercultural communication of Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as recommendations are offered to specialists in intercultural communication on the development of a mechanism for intercultural communication in Eurasian integration. After analyzing a significant number of sources, it becomes obvious that participants in business communication of intercultural communication within the framework of Eurasian integration are characterized by a common presuppositive knowledge base, which is understood as the presence of preliminary information and knowledge, common everyday and professional experience. This can be explained by the long-term acquaintance of business communicants, mutual interests, joint long-term professional activity, short-term joint experience, important only for this statement.

В работе рассматриваются подходы к созданию интеграционной платформы, для цепочки взаимодействия сервисов расположенных в разной доступности сети. Основное внимание сфокусировано на проектировании и разработке сервисной шины предприятия, реализующей событийную интеграцию с помощью брокера сообщений. Как результат представлено готовое решение модуля корпоративной платформы, которое адаптивно под схожие системы. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав и заключения, изложенных на 79 страницах, а также библиографического списка. В работе имеется 18 рисунок. Библиографический список состоит из 36 наименований. / The paper considers approaches to creating an integration platform for the chain of interaction of services located in different network accessibility. The main attention is focused on the design and development of an enterprise service bus that implements event-based integration using a message broker. As a result, a ready-made solution for the corporate platform module is presented, which is adaptive for similar systems. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion set out on 79 pages, as well as a bibliographic list. There are 18 drawings in the work. The bibliographic list consists of 36 titles.

Цель – разработать комплекс мероприятий для обеспечения интеграции новой модели инженерного бакалавриата и магистратуры Передовой инженерной школы УрФУ. Объект – образовательные программы передовой инженерной школы УрФУ. Новизна исследования: разработка комплекса мероприятий для интеграции нового инженерного бакалавриата в программы магистратуры ПИШ, особенность которых состоит в обеспечении преемственности учебных целей и задач, знаний и навыков, а также технологий обучения на каждой образовательной ступени. Практическая значимость: разработанные мероприятия, могут применяться в разных учебных заведениях в рамках реализации программ ПИШ. Основным достигаемым эффектом станет увеличение численности контингента обучающихся магистратуры очной формы обучения до 30% от количества выпускников бакалавриата. The novelty of the research: the development of a set of measures for the integration of a new engineering bachelor’s degree in the master’s degree programs of the Advanced Engineering School; the peculiarity of which is to ensure the continuity of educational goals and objectives, knowledge and skills, as well as learning technologies at each educational stage. Practical significance: the developed measures can be applied in different educational institutions within the framework of the implementation of Advanced Engineering School programs. The main effect achieved will be an increase in the number of full-time master’s degree students to 30% of the number of bachelor’s graduates. At the same time, it is expected to increase the volume of R&D revenues by 21.7%.

The object of the study is the 1C system and the processes associated with its use and optimization. The purpose of the work is to develop and implement a mobile application for optimizing work processes in the 1C system using machine learning technologies. The research methods include analyzing the current state of the system, designing the application architecture, integrating with the existing system, as well as training and implementing machine learning models. Results of the work and their novelty: during the work, a mobile application with an optimized user interface and improved performance was developed. Machine learning models were implemented to predict and automate some processes. The novelty lies in the integrated approach to optimizing the 1C system using modern technologies and methods. Scope of application of results: The developed mobile application can be used in various organizations using the 1C system for automation of accounting and management accounting. This can increase the efficiency and ease of use of the system. Recommendations for implementation or results of implementation of the results of research work: it is recommended to gradually implement the mobile application in the work processes of the organization, taking into account the specifics of its activities. The results of the implementation show a significant improvement in the productivity and ease of use of the 1C system. Economic efficiency or significance of the work: Implementation of the mobile application allows you to reduce the time spent on routine operations and improve the accuracy of forecasting, which in turn leads to a decrease in operating costs and an increase in the overall efficiency of the organization. Forecast assumptions on the development of the research object: In the future, it is possible to expand the functionality of the mobile application, including new modules and integrations, as well as further improve machine learning models for more accurate forecasting and automation of processes. / Объектом исследования является система 1С и процессы, связанные с её использованием и оптимизацией. Цель работы — разработка и внедрение мобильного приложения для оптимизации рабочих процессов в системе 1С с применением технологий машинного обучения. Методы исследования включают анализ текущего состояния системы, проектирование архитектуры приложения, интеграцию с существующей системой, а также обучение и внедрение моделей машинного обучения. Результаты работы и их новизна: в ходе работы было разработано мобильное приложение с оптимизированным пользовательским интерфейсом и улучшенной производительностью. Внедрены модели машинного обучения для прогнозирования и автоматизации некоторых процессов. Новизна заключается в комплексном подходе к оптимизации системы 1С с использованием современных технологий и методов. Область применения результатов: Разработанное мобильное приложение может быть использовано в различных организациях, использующих систему 1С для автоматизации бухгалтерского и управленческого учета. Это может повысить эффективность и удобство пользования системой. Рекомендации по внедрению или итоги внедрения результатов научно-исследовательской работы: рекомендуется поэтапное внедрение мобильного приложения в рабочие процессы организации с учетом специфики её деятельности. Итоги внедрения показывают значительное улучшение производительности и удобства использования системы 1С. Low labor productivity, outdated technologies, and lack of adequate tools lead to significant financial losses and reduced competitiveness of enterprises. Integrating information systems will improve the efficiency of production processes, enhance resource management, expedite decision-making, and reduce operating costs. Modern integration techniques allow for the automation of many processes, reducing manual labor and increasing data accuracy. Developing a specialized integration methodology, adapted specifically for woodworking enterprises, will consider the industry's characteristics and ensure the effective functioning of information systems. This will result in improved production performance, enhanced product quality, and greater competitiveness of enterprises in the market. Thus, the introduction of information systems integration techniques will become a key success factor for woodworking enterprises in the modern market. / Разработана специализированная методика интеграции, адаптированная для деревообрабатывающих предприятий, позволяющая учесть особенности этой отрасли и обеспечивающая эффективное функционирование информационных систем. Для многих деревообрабатывающих предприятий внедрение методики интеграции информационных систем для оптимизации бизнес-процессов является крайне важным шагом в цифровом развитии. Низкая производительность труда, устаревшие технологии и отсутствие адекватных инструментов приводят к значительным финансовым потерям и снижению конкурентоспособности предприятий. Интеграция информационных систем позволит повысить эффективность производственных процессов, улучшить управление ресурсами, ускорить принятие решений и снизить операционные издержки. In 2014, Russia imposed an import ban against a large variety of western food products. The ban served as a shield against foreign competition, including from Russia’s neighbours. In 2015-2016, a major drop in the Russian rouble’s exchange rate heightened Russia’s food products’ competitiveness versus its neighbours’. Both these events acted as trade shocks to Belarus’ and Kazakhstan’s agricultural sectors’ as they suddenly created an uneven competitive balance between their sectors and Russia’s. However, while previous research has documented disruptions to political cooperation between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan following these shocks, researchers have yet to quantify the influence of heightened Russian agricultural sector competitiveness on its neighbouring countries’ agricultural sectors. This Master’s thesis studies Belarus’ and Kazakhstan’s agricultural sectors’ capacity to maintain competitiveness versus Russia’s during both these shocks by analysing the developments of and the causes behind these developments for two indices measuring the countries’ Revealed Comparative Advantage between 2014-2019. Belarus’ and Kazakhstan’s agricultural sectors competed rather well with Russia’s during both these events. However, while Belarus had the overall most internationally competitive agricultural sector out of the three countries, Kazakhstan’s agricultural sector’s competitiveness better withstood the negative effects of increases in Russian competitiveness. Overall, Kazakhstan’s agricultural sector emerges as having the most rapidly growing international competitiveness out of the three countries.

This thesis is dedicated to the development and optimization of algorithms for automating data exchange between trading enterprises and marketplaces. It proposes new methods of automation aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy of data processing. The developed solutions were tested in practice, which helped reduce the processing time of requests and increase customer satisfaction. The scientific novelty lies in the integration of modern technologies into data management processes, while the practical significance is in increasing the competitiveness and sales of trading companies through the optimization of information flows. / Диссертация посвящена разработке и усовершенствовании алгоритмов автоматизации обмена данными между торговыми предприятиями и маркетплейсами. В работе предложены новые, доступные методы автоматизации, направленные на улучшение операционной эффективности и точности обработки данных. Разработанные решения апробированы на практике, что позволило сократить время обработки запросов и повысить удовлетворенность клиентов. Научная новизна заключается в интеграции современных технологий в процессы управления данными, а практическая значимость в повышении конкурентоспособности и продаж торговых компаний за счет оптимизации информационных потоков.
