Цель работы – внедрение необходимых практик DevOps в компании «Технопарк-Автоматизация» и снижение затрат на используемое программное обеспечение. Объектом исследования является управление жизненным циклом создаваемого программного обеспечения. Методы исследования: анализ существующих DevOps-практик, анализ и сравнение различных DevOps-инструментов, операционных систем и web-серверов. Результат работы: разработана DevOps-инфраструктура проектов компании, проведена оценка экономической выгоды от реализации данной работы. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, 4 глав и заключения, изложенных на 70 страницах, а также библиографического списка. / The goal of the work is to implement the necessary DevOps practices in the Technopark-Automation company and reduce the costs of the software used. The object of the study is the life cycle management of created software. Research methods: analysis of existing DevOps practices, analysis and comparison of various DevOps tools, operating systems and web servers. Result of the work: a DevOps infrastructure for the company’s projects was developed, and the economic benefits from the implementation of this work were assessed. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters and a conclusion, presented on 70 pages, as well as a bibliography.

Данное исследование посвящено изучению актуальных междисциплинарных практик для преподавания гуманитарных дисциплин в условиях цифровой трансформации. Ключевые слова: междисциплинарное обучение, интеграция, цифровая среда, практико-ориентированное обучение. Предметом исследования выступает междисциплинарный подход как фактор комплексного изучения исторического материала и специфика его реализации в цифровой среде. Объект ВКР – процесс изучения гуманитарных дисциплин. Цель исследования – теоретически обосновать модель междисциплинарного подхода в обучении как исходного фактора активизации практико-ориентированного образовательного процесса в цифровой среде. Гипотеза исследования. Междисциплинарный подход в преподавании гуманитарных предметов способствует достижению целей практико-ориентированного обучения, а также содержание и инструментарий обучения соответствует актуальным требованиям цифровой грамотности. Цель работы – теоретически обосновать модель междисциплинарного подхода в обучении как исходного фактора активизации практико-ориентированного образовательного процесса в цифровой среде. Результатом работы стал проект междисциплинарного тематического плана изучения истории Российского государства в ХХ веке. Область применения полученных результатов – педагогическое проектирование. Значимость работы заключается в применимости результатов исследования при создании и внедрении междисциплинарных образовательных программ в учреждениях общего образования; создании образовательной среды (в том числе цифровой среды) для реализации принципов междисциплинарности. / This study is devoted to the study of relevant interdisciplinary practices for teaching humanities in the context of digital transformation. The subject of the study is an interdisciplinary approach as a factor in the comprehensive study of historical material and the specifics of its implementation in the digital environment. The object of the WRC is the process of studying humanities. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the model of an interdisciplinary approach to learning as an initial factor in activating a practice–oriented educational process in a digital environment. The hypothesis of the study. An interdisciplinary approach in teaching humanities subjects contributes to achieving the goals of practice-oriented learning, as well as the content and teaching tools meet the current requirements of digital literacy. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate the model of an interdisciplinary approach to learning as an initial factor in activating a practice–oriented educational process in a digital environment. The result of the work was a draft interdisciplinary thematic plan for the study of the history of the Russian state in the twentieth century. The field of application of the obtained results is pedagogical design. The significance of the work lies in the applicability of the research results in the creation and implementation of interdisciplinary educational programs in general education institutions; the creation of an educational environment (including the digital environment) to implement the principles of interdisciplinarity.

Целью работы является разработка методики внутриотраслевого кооперирования российских металлургических предприятий. Разработан организационно-экономический механизм, включающий в себя: определение мотивов кооперации, определение барьеров и драйверов кооперации, оценку готовности к кооперации, оценку потенциального партнера, анализ ресурсной базы. Предложенный механизм позволяет повышать эффективность кооперации, выявлять наиболее перспективных потенциальных партнеров с надежной финансовой и ресурсной базой, что способствует снижению рисков и увеличению финансовых и нефинансовых выгод для всех участников кооперации. / The aim of the work is to develop a new is to develop a methods for intra-industry cooperation of Russian metallurgical enterprises. An organizational and economic mechanism has been developed, including: determination of motives for cooperation, identification of barriers and drivers of cooperation, assessment of readiness for cooperation, assessment of a potential partner, analysis of the resource base. The proposed mechanism makes it possible to increase the efficiency of cooperation, identify the most promising potential partners with a reliable financial and resource base, which helps reduce risks and increase financial and non-financial benefits for all participants in the cooperation.

In this paper, the problem of the lack of automation of some business processes is considered, which is why the bank's customer service time is delayed. A solution is proposed in the form of designing a new business process that would combine several old business processes using electronic document management technologies. A study was conducted in the field of EDI, system architecture, and all kinds of intersystem integrations. Scenarios were described, entry points were identified, the sequence of steps in the new business process, and requirements for the new process were highlighted. The result has been submitted for consideration in order to allocate time and funds for its development. / В данной работе рассматривается проблема отсутствия автоматизации некоторых бизнес-процессов, в связи с чем затягивается время обслуживание клиентов банка. Было проведено исследование в области ЭДО, архитектуры систем, всевозможных межсистемных интеграций. Были описаны сценарии, определены точки входа, последовательность шагов в новом бизнес-процессе, выделены требования для нового процесса. Полученный результат вынесен на рассмотрение для выделения времени средств на его разработку.

Актуальность темы – обеспечение эффективного инвестирования средств с свою деятельность, поскольку сейчас коммерческие банки наращивают свое влияние и активно участвуют в социально-экономическом развитии страны. Конкуренция в банковском секторе постоянно растет, что заставляет банки расширять спектр оказываемых услуг, непрерывно работая над улучшением качества оказания услуг. Кредитные учреждения используют свои собственные средства для инвестиций в различные проекты, вложений в ценные бумаги, в собственное развитие. Все вышеперечисленное обуславливает актуальность выбранной темы. Целью магистерской диссертации является анализ и оценка особенностей инвестиционной деятельности коммерческих банков в собственную деятельность. В соответствии с целью работы были поставлены и последовательно решены следующие задачи: выделить основные виды инвестиционной деятельности коммерческих банков; исследовать ключевые особенности инвестиций в собственную деятельность; провести анализ и дать оценку инвестирования по внедрению нового продукта коммерческого банка; выявить проблемы внедрения в банковской сфере; разработать технологически и экономически выгодное решение интеграции нового продукта с целью повышения операционной эффективности банковской деятельности; оценить экономическую эффективность предложенного решения. / The relevance of the topic is to ensure effective investment of funds from their activities, since now commercial banks are increasing their influence and actively participating in the socio-economic development of the country. Competition in the banking sector is constantly growing, which forces banks to expand the range of services provided, continuously working to improve the quality of services. Credit institutions use their own funds to invest in various projects, investments in securities, and in their own development. All of the above determines the relevance of the chosen topic. The purpose of the master's thesis is to analyze and evaluate the features of commercial banks' investment activities in their own activities. In accordance with the purpose of the work, the following tasks were set and consistently solved: to identify the main types of investment activities of commercial banks; to investigate the key features of investments in their own activities; to analyze and evaluate investments in the introduction of a new commercial bank product; to identify problems of implementation in the banking sector; to develop a technologically and economically advantageous solution for the integration of a new product in order to improve the operational efficiency of banking activities; to evaluate the economic efficiency of the proposed solution.

In this paper we consider needs development problem of the individual in the tech revolution period in terms of marketing. Applying the term "Axiology of needs" that displays the spiritual and worth development of the individual and the process of transition to the concept of social-ethical marketing. Spiritual development of the individual is part of the development of society and the emergence of higher needs. Charity as a form of spiritual needs of persons performs an integral part of the socio - ethical society. Helping people with disabilities we have seen as a process of becoming a new spiritual community with qualitatively new values and outlook on life. The project aims to create an educational program for training and retraining of people with disabilities through the use of an inclusive approach in the educational process. Inclusive education involves coeducation persons with disabilities and of physically healthy students at the university, on the general education program. / В данной работе нами рассматривается проблема развития потребностей индивида в условиях техногенной революции с точки зрения маркетинга. Применен термин «Аксиологизация потребностей», который отображает духовно ценностное развитие индивида и процесс, перехода к концепции социально-этического маркетинга. Духовно - ценностное развитие индивида является элементом развития общества и возникновения высших потребностей. Благотворительность как форма духовно – ценностного развития выступает неотъемлемой частью социально – этического общества. Помощь людям с ограниченными возможностями уровне нами рассматривается как процесс становления нового духовного общества с качественно новыми ценностями и взглядами на жизнь. И проблема интеграции людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями в профессиональную среду и их социальная реабилитация в качестве полноценных членов общества, является прикладной частью нашего исследования. Был разработан проект, нацеленный на создание образовательной программы по профессиональной подготовке и переподготовке людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями посредством применения инклюзивного подхода в образовательном процессе. Инклюзивное образование подразумевает совместное обучение инвалидов и физически полноценных студентов в УрФУ, на общей образовательной программе.
