Nowadays in the world of permanent instability and aggressive business methods greatly increases the degree of influence of those or other risks and factors on the welfare of the enterprise. Every year marketing idea is changing and upgrading. All this is due, first and foremost, change in the institutional environment – market transformation achievements in the area of science and technology, changes in the priorities of consumers, changes of the information area. In the past, marketing was based on providing information about the product, but now it's a model which represents emotions, visual images, subtext and a message between the words. Finally, a new approach to the understanding of the term "marketing" is creating a new paradigm of development. / В современном мире постоянной нестабильности и агрессивных методах ведения бизнеса сильно возрастает степень воздействия тех или иных рисков и факторов на благосостояние предприятия. Каждый год маркетинговая мысль претерпевает серьезные изменения и модернизацию. Все это вызвано, в первую очередь, изменением институциональной среды – трансформацией рынка, достижениями в области науки и техники, изменениями приоритетов потребителей, изменениями информационного пространства. Раньше маркетинг был основан на предоставлении информации о товаре, а теперь же это модель, представляющая эмоции, визуальные образы, подтекст и некий посыл, заключенный между слов. Таким образом, новый подход понимания термина «маркетинг» формирует новую парадигму его развития.

Данная магистерская диссертация посвящена выявлению особенностей мультикультурализма на территории Великобритании и особенности освещения его проблем в британской периодике с конца XX века по настоящее время. Структура работы состоит из двух глав: теоретической и практической. В теоретической части изучены теоретические основы феномена мультикультурализма, рассмотрены становление и развитие мультикультурализма в Великобритании, а так же проанализирована его критика. В практической части проанализированы статьи о мультикультурализме в британских периодических изданиях (качественных, популярных и журналах), сделано сравнение их содержания. Определена взаимосвязь между политической позицией, которой придерживается периодическое издание, ее видом и содержанием статей о мультикультурализме, что позволяет сделать вывод об отношении аудиторий газет, а, следовательно, и общества в целом, к данному явлению. В ходе исследования на основе изученных источников выдвинуто авторское определение мультикультурализма, которое обусловлено его особенностями и историей. / This master's thesis is devoted to identifying the features of multiculturalism in the UK and сoverage of the issue of multiculturalism in the UK in modern British periodicals from the end of the 20th century to the present. The structure of the work consists of two chapters: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of multiculturalism are studied, the formation and development of multiculturalism in the UK are considered, and its criticism is also analyzed. In the practical part, articles on multiculturalism in British periodicals (quality, popular and magazines) are analyzed, and a comparison of their content is made. The relationship between the political position adhered to by the periodical, its type and the content of articles on multiculturalism is determined, which allows us to draw a conclusion about the attitude of newspaper audiences, and, consequently, society as a whole, to this phenomenon. In the course of the study, based on the sources studied, the author's definition of multiculturalism was formulated, which is due to its features and history.

In 2015, Sweden was one of the exemplary member states of the European Union that took in a disproportionate number of refugees. Five years later, Sweden has adopted much stricter migration policies restricting access to residence permits and citizenship. The focus has shifted to integration policies aimed at including refugees in the host society. Integration has become widely accepted as a process that is primarily a proactive adaptation and assimilation on the side of the newcomers, rather than a dynamic two-way process. Moreover, this paper argues that integration has largely been reduced to the socio-economic dimension and ignored the sociocultural dimension that is central to the integration process. Using Axel Honneth’s Theory of Recognition as a theoretical base to understand the importance of sociocultural dialogue and interpersonal integration, this paper shines a light on the problematics of current integration policies and its effects. Using empirical research this paper aims to explore the host societies understanding of integration and using Foucauldian discourse analysis the theoretical framework andSaid’s Orientalist critique, expose an underlying power dynamic between host-society and newcomers. Shining light both on governance and socio-cultural dynamics, this paper explores the gap left in sociocultural integration through the lack of dialogue and solidarity has affected the social reality of immigrants in Sweden.

В работе рассматривается человеческий капитал как результат родительского труда, направленного на формирование и развитие этого вида капитала. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка инструментов интеграции результатов родительского труда в пенсионную систему России. Изучение результатов родительского труда в аспекте их интеграции в пенсионную систему Российской Федерации открывает перед исследователями значительные перспективы с точки зрения понимания механизмов формирования результатов родительского труда и возможностей их учета в пенсионной системе. / The paper considers human capital as a result of the parental labor, aimed at the formation and development of this type of capital. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop tools of the parental labor results’ integration into the pension system of Russia. The study of the parental labor results in the aspect of their integration into the pension system of the Russian Federation opens up significant prospects for researchers in terms of understanding the mechanisms of the parental labor results’ formation and theirs accountability in the pension system.

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of inclusive education as a factor in the social integration of students with disabilities in higher educational institutions using the example of the Ural Federal University. The study examined the development trend of inclusive education both abroad and also examined the barriers to the development of inclusive education. The introduction provides a brief description of the final qualification work: the relevance of the work, object, subject area, goal, objectives, research methods, degree of development and structure. The first chapter reveals the theoretical aspects of the concept of inclusive education, existing problems. The components of social adaptation and levels of accessibility are considered. В первой главе раскрываются теоретические аспекты понятия инклюзивного образования, существующие проблемы. Рассмотрены компоненты социальной адаптации и уровни доступности. Автор анализирует основные проблемы интеграции мигрантов в общество; дает характеристики основным стратегиям поведения мигрантов в процессе аккультурации; исследует основные причины проблемности интеграции мигрантов в культурную среду города, а также анализирует возможности интеграции трансграничных мигрантов в культурную среду города на примере Екатеринбурга. В работе представлен разработанный авторский образовательный проект курсов для мигрантов по проведению медиаторских экскурсий на выставках современного искусства «Место встречи», который может способствовать решению проблемы интеграции мигрантов в культурную среду города. / The dissertation is devoted to the study of methods and strategies for the successful integration of cross-border migrants into the cultural environment of the city on the example of Yekaterinburg. The author analyzes the main problems of integration of migrants into society; gives characteristics of the main strategies of behavior of migrants in the process of acculturation; explores the main reasons for the problematic integration of migrants into the cultural environment of the city, and also analyzes the possibilities of integration of cross-border migrants into the cultural environment of the city on the example of Yekaterinburg. The paper presents the author's developed educational project of courses for migrants on conducting mediation excursions at exhibitions of contemporary art "Meeting Place", which can contribute to solving the problem of integration of migrants into the cultural environment of the city.

Цель работы – внедрение необходимых практик DevOps в компании «Технопарк-Автоматизация» и снижение затрат на используемое программное обеспечение. Объектом исследования является управление жизненным циклом создаваемого программного обеспечения. Методы исследования: анализ существующих DevOps-практик, анализ и сравнение различных DevOps-инструментов, операционных систем и web-серверов. Результат работы: разработана DevOps-инфраструктура проектов компании, проведена оценка экономической выгоды от реализации данной работы. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, 4 глав и заключения, изложенных на 70 страницах, а также библиографического списка. / The goal of the work is to implement the necessary DevOps practices in the Technopark-Automation company and reduce the costs of the software used. The object of the study is the life cycle management of created software. Research methods: analysis of existing DevOps practices, analysis and comparison of various DevOps tools, operating systems and web servers. Result of the work: a DevOps infrastructure for the company’s projects was developed, and the economic benefits from the implementation of this work were assessed. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters and a conclusion, presented on 70 pages, as well as a bibliography.
