Целью исследования является разработка методического подхода и его апробация для реализации стратегии диверсификации ресторанного бизнеса на региональном рынке. Предметом исследования выступает организационно-управленческая деятельность по реализации стратегии диверсификации предприятия общественного питания в процессе создания ресторана нового формата. Разработан методический подход в форме алгоритма для предприятий общественного питания, диверсифицирующих свою деятельность, позволяющий компаниям экономить все виды ресурсов на нецелевых действиях и повышающий устойчивость и эффективность бизнеса. / The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach and test it for the implementation of a strategy for the diversification of the restaurant business in the regional market. The subject of the study is the organizational and managerial activities for the implementation of the strategy of diversification of the catering enterprise in the process of creating a restaurant of a new format. A methodological approach has been developed in the form of an algorithm for public catering enterprises that diversify their activities, which allows companies to save all types of resources on non-targeted actions and increases the stability and efficiency of the business.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам управления портфельным кредитным риском коммерческих банков в условиях неопределенности и асимметрии информации. Целью исследования является разработка и экономическое обоснование методического инструментария, позволяющего оценивать и регулировать портфельный кредитный риск банка по корпоративным ссудам. Сделан вывод о том, что отраслевая диверсификация кредитов является инструментом, позволяющим снизить концентрацию кредитного риска по портфелю корпоративных кредитов. / Master thesis is devoted to the management of portfolio credit risk of commercial banks in conditions of uncertainty and information asymmetry. The aim of the study is the development and economic justification of methodological instruments to assess and manage portfolio credit risk of corporate loans. It is concluded that industrial diversification of loans is a instrument that allows to reduce concentration of credit risk of the corporate loan portfolios.

В современных рыночных отношениях, при постоянной динамике, завоевания новых рынков сбыта становится приоритетом для многих компаний. В этих условиях грамотно спланированный и организованный процесс диверсификации способствует повышению продуктивности работы компании и каждого его подразделения, таким образом, выбранная тема представляется актуальной. Целью данной работы является разработка методики оценки экономической эффективности диверсификации действующего предприятия. В работе исследованы понятие «диверсификация» её виды и методы. Детально разобран процесс стратегического планирования. Разработан алгоритм планирования при выборе стратегии диверсификации на производственном предприятии, который включает оценку экономической эффективности через интегрированную дисконтированную валовую добавленную стоимость, позволяющий сделать экономически обоснованный выбор стратегии предприятия. В результате апробации предложенной методики в ООО "Экоальянс" был сделан вывод о целесообразности диверсификации производства и эффективности предложенной методики. Таким образом, на ООО "Экоальянс" был проведён анализ выбора экономической стратегии и доказана её экономическая эффективность. / In modern market relations, with constant dynamics, the conquest of new markets becomes a priority for many companies. Under these conditions, a well-planned and organized diversification process helps to increase the productivity of the company and each of its divisions, so the chosen topic is relevant. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodology for assessing the economic efficiency of diversification of the existing enterprise. The paper investigates the concept of "diversification" its types and methods. The process of strategic planning is analyzed in detail. The algorithm of planning at the choice of strategy of diversification at the production enterprise which includes an assessment of economic efficiency through the integrated discounted gross value added allowing to make a choice of economic strategy of the enterprise is developed. As a result of approbation of the offered technique in ltd. Ecoalliance the conclusion about expediency of diversification of production and efficiency of the offered technique was drawn. Thus, the analysis of the choice of economic strategy was carried out at ltd Ecoalliance and its economic efficiency was proved.

Целью исследования является совершенствование методического подхода к оценке эффективности диверсификации производства оборонно-промышленного предприятия. Разработанный методический подход к оценке эффективности диверсификации производства основан на расчете специфических показателей предприятий ОПК с учетом весовых коэффициентов и балльной оценки, применение которого позволит оценить целесообразность выпуска гражданской продукции и сформировать эффективный план производства. / The aim of the work is to improve the methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of diversification of production of a military–industrial enterprise. The developed methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of production diversification is based on the calculation of specific indicators of defense industry enterprises, taking into account weighting factors and a point score, the use of which will allow to assess the feasibility of civilian production and form an effective production plan.

Актуальность использования диверсификации в деятельности предприятия весьма высока, так как на сегодняшний день экономическая среда не стабильна и меняется очень быстрыми темпами. Формы диверсификации постоянно претерпевают изменения, и не существует единого подхода к обоснованию диверсификации на предприятии. В статье представлены результаты исследования подходов к ее обоснованию диверсификации на предприятии. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан и апробирован алгоритм обоснования диверсификации деятельности предприятия. Использование данного алгоритма при запуске процесса диверсификации деятельности предприятия позволит повысить его устойчивость. В результате апробации разработанного алгоритма были предложены практические рекомендации для менеджмента предприятия, а так же рекомендации по автоматизации бизнес-процессов с использование предложенного алгоритма. / The relevance of the use of diversification in the activities of the enterprise is very high, as today the economic environment is not stable and is changing very rapidly. Forms of diversification are constantly changing, and there is no single approach to justify diversification in the enterprise. The article presents the results of the study of approaches to its justification of diversification in the enterprise. . During the writing of the master's thesis the algorithm of substantiation of diversification of activity of the enterprise was developed and tested. The use of this algorithm when starting the process of diversification of the enterprise will improve its stability. As a result of testing of the developed algorithm, practical recommendations for the management of the enterprise, as well as recommendations for the automation of business processes using the proposed algorithm were proposed.

Главная цель работы – исследовать вопрос конверсии предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса и диверсификации их производственных мощностей. В работе разобраны типичные проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются отечественные предприятия ОПК, выпуская на своих производственных мощностях гражданскую продукцию. Также рассмотрены основные преимущества оборонных производств, которые могут позволить им преодолеть вышеуказанные трудности. В работе приведены основные способы проведения эффективной диверсификации производств, разобраны примеры успешного опыта решения подобных задач. На примере изделия одного из предприятий проведен функционально-стоимостной анализ: выявлены основные группы потребителей и конкурентов, определены потребительские ценности и конкурентоспособная цена изделия. В проектной части разработаны функциональная модель и структурно-элементная схема изделия, составлена структурно-функциональная матрица, сопоставлена стоимость узлов с потребительской ценностью функций, разработана функционально-стоимостная диаграмма. В результате выявлен конструкционный резерв изделия, который может повысить его конкурентоспособность. / The main goal of the work is to study the issue of conversion of enterprises of the military-industrial complex and diversification of their production capacities. The paper examines the typical problems faced by domestic defense industry enterprises that produce civilian products at their production facilities. The main advantages of defense industries that can allow them to overcome the above difficulties are also considered. The paper presents the main methods of effective diversification of production, analyzes examples of successful experience in solving such problems. For example, products of one of the enterprises conducted functional and value analysis: identified key consumer groups and competitors, identified customer value and competitive price products. In the design of the developed functional model and a structural-element driving product composed of a structural-functional matrix associated cost of the nodes with the consumer value functions, developed functional cost diagram. As a result, the structural reserve of the product was identified, which can increase its competitiveness.
