Актуальность диссертационной работы заключается в необходимости изучения взаимосвязи между технологиями коммуникации среди поколений в семье и снижением социальных девиаций в молодежной среде. Изучены теоретические основания исследования межпоколенческих коммуникаций и социальных девиаций. Разработаны технологии межпоколенческой коммуникации, предложена их классификация по трем основаниям и описаны три актуальные технологии. В ходе социологического опроса выявлено наличие проблем во взаимоотношениях между поколениями в семье, связанных с непониманием друг друга. Для решения выявленных проблем разработан проект, в рамках которого укрепляются взаимоотношения между поколениями в семье, проводятся междисциплинарные мероприятия для специалистов сферы превентологии. / The relevance of the dissertation work lies in the need to study the relationship between communication technologies among generations in the family and the reduction of social deviations in the youth environment. The theoretical foundations of the study of intergenerational communications and social deviations are studied. Technologies of intergenerational communication have been developed, their classification on three grounds has been proposed, and three current technologies have been described. During the sociological survey, the presence of problems in the relationship between generations in the family associated with misunderstanding of each other was revealed. To solve the identified problems, a project has been developed within the framework of which relationships between generations in the family are strengthened, interdisciplinary events are held for specialists in the field of preventology.

The relevance is justified by the need to eliminate the following contradiction: - on the one hand, the world economic environment (WEE) has changed, the main characteristic of which has become the GVCs, and the current stage of world development the new generation of GVCs is already relevant; - on the other hand, the strategy for the development of the national economy in this new WEE poorly reflects the new realities of the WEE and allows us to supplement the concept of industrial regions as "territory for the placement of exporters 'enterprises" to the concept of "placement of links of GCS". The goal is to develop a theoretical approach and offer recommendations on the priorities of foreign economic development of the industrial regions of Russia on the basis of their integration into the industry GVCs. The object of research is the leading industrial regions of Russia (or industrial type) as part of the national economy and part of the GVCs. The subject of the study is the socio-economic relations arising from the interaction of structural elements of the Industrial district with the links of the GVCs. The scientific novelty consists in the promotion of a new scientific idea of integration of IR in the GCS and its theoretical justification, the meaning of which is the transition from the "forward-participation" model to the "backward-participation", as well as the proposal of indicators that allow you to determine the positioning of the intra-state region of industrial type through the prism of a specific industry. This complements the" in-country component " of scientific research in the field of GVCs-concepts and in relation to ID allows to supplement the concept of ID as a "territory for the placement of exporting enterprises" to the concept of "placement of GVCs links". / Актуальность обосновывается необходимостью устранения следующего противоречия: - с одной стороны, изменилась мирохозяйственная среда, основной характеристикой, которой стали ГЦДС, причем актуальной является уже ГЦДС нового поколения; - с другой стороны, стратегия развития национальной экономики в этой новой МХС в определенном смысле (а ИР является частью национальной экономической структуры) медленно и слабо отражает новые реалии МХС, отношении ИР позволяет дополнить концепцию ИР как «территория для размещения предприятий экспортеров» к концепции «размещения звеньев ГЦДС». Цель – разработать теоретический подход и рекомендации по приоритетам внешнеэкономического развития индустриальных регионов России на основе их интеграции в отраслевые ГЦДС. Объект исследования – ведущие индустриальные регионы России (или промышленного типа) как часть национальной экономики и часть ГЦДС. Предмет исследования – социально-экономические отношения, возникающие при взаимодействии структурных элементов ИР со звеньями ГЦДС. Научная новизна состоит в выдвижении новой научной идеи интеграции ИР в ГЦС и ее теоретическом обосновании, смысл которой заключается в переходе от модели «forward» к «backward», а также предложении показателей, которые позволяют определить позиционирование внутригосударственного региона промышленного типа через призму конкретной отрасли и в предложении на этой основе приоритетов. Это дополняет «внутристрановую компоненту» научных исследований в области ГЦLС-концепций и в отношении ИР позволяет дополнить концепцию ИР как «территория для размещения предприятий экспортеров» к концепции «размещения звеньев ГЦС».

Сегодня образовательные программы магистратуры должны быть гибкими, ориентированными на современные требования, способствовать развитию цифровых и междисциплинарных навыков студентов, а также обеспечивать им возможности для личностного и профессионального роста, стимулировать развитие критического мышления, творческого подхода к решению проблем, а также умение работать в команде и адаптироваться к изменениям. Для успешного обучения студентов в подобной магистратуре нового поколения преподавателям требуется умение не только передавать знания, но и осуществлять наставничество, быть гибкими и адаптироваться к изменениям. Цель работы состоит в разработке эффективного инструмента адаптации преподавателей вузов к актуальным запросам магистратуры нового поколения. Основным объектом является Институт экономики и управления Уральского федерального университета. Апробация предлагаемого проекта проведена на примере образовательной программы магистратуры по направлению «Менеджмент». Научная новизна: предложено авторское определение магистратуры нового поколения, предложен новый инструмент адаптации преподавателей к требованиям магистратуры нового поколения, что позволит повысить качества образовательного процесса и достичь целевых показателей реализации магистерских программ. Практическая значимость состоит в том, что данный проект может быть использован и для других направлений подготовки Института экономики и управления. В последующем возможно масштабирование проекта на других направлениях подготовки магистратуры других институтов УрФУ. / Today, master’s degree programs should be flexible, focused on modern requirements, promote the development of students' digital and interdisciplinary skills, as well as provide them with opportunities for personal and professional growth, stimulate the development of critical thinking, creative approach to problem solving, as well as the ability to work in a team and adapt to changes. To successfully train students in such a new generation master’s degree, teachers need the ability not only to transfer knowledge, but also to mentor, be flexible and adapt to changes. The purpose of the work is to develop an effective tool for adapting university teachers to the current needs of a new generation of graduate students. The main object is the Institute of Economics and Management of the Ural Federal University. The approbation of the proposed project was carried out using the example of the Master's degree program in the field of Management. Scientific novelty: the author's definition of a new generation of master's degree is proposed, a new tool for adapting teachers to the requirements of a new generation of master's degree is proposed, which will improve the quality of the educational process and achieve the targets for the implementation of master's programs. The practical significance lies in the fact that this project can be used for other areas of training of the Institute of Economics and Management.
