Данное исследование посвящено изучению актуальных междисциплинарных практик для преподавания гуманитарных дисциплин в условиях цифровой трансформации. Предметом исследования выступает междисциплинарный подход как фактор комплексного изучения исторического материала и специфика его реализации в цифровой среде. Объект ВКР – процесс изучения гуманитарных дисциплин. Цель исследования – теоретически обосновать модель междисциплинарного подхода в обучении как исходного фактора активизации практико-ориентированного образовательного процесса в цифровой среде. Гипотеза исследования. Междисциплинарный подход в преподавании гуманитарных предметов способствует достижению целей практико-ориентированного обучения, а также содержание и инструментарий обучения соответствует актуальным требованиям цифровой грамотности. Цель работы – теоретически обосновать модель междисциплинарного подхода в обучении как исходного фактора активизации практико-ориентированного образовательного процесса в цифровой среде. Результатом работы стал проект междисциплинарного тематического плана изучения истории Российского государства в ХХ веке. Область применения полученных результатов – педагогическое проектирование. Значимость работы заключается в применимости результатов исследования при создании и внедрении междисциплинарных образовательных программ в учреждениях общего образования; создании образовательной среды (в том числе цифровой среды) для реализации принципов междисциплинарности. / This study is devoted to the study of relevant interdisciplinary practices for teaching humanities in the context of digital transformation. The subject of the study is an interdisciplinary approach as a factor in the comprehensive study of historical material and the specifics of its implementation in the digital environment. The object of the WRC is the process of studying humanities. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the model of an interdisciplinary approach to learning as an initial factor in activating a practice–oriented educational process in a digital environment. The hypothesis of the study. An interdisciplinary approach in teaching humanities subjects contributes to achieving the goals of practice-oriented learning, as well as the content and teaching tools meet the current requirements of digital literacy. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate the model of an interdisciplinary approach to learning as an initial factor in activating a practice–oriented educational process in a digital environment. The result of the work was a draft interdisciplinary thematic plan for the study of the history of the Russian state in the twentieth century. The field of application of the obtained results is pedagogical design. The significance of the work lies in the applicability of the research results in the creation and implementation of interdisciplinary educational programs in general education institutions; the creation of an educational environment (including the digital environment) to implement the principles of interdisciplinarity.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена изучению проблем и пути совершенствования реализации федерального проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда» в Республике Коми. В работе рассмотрены теоретические и нормативно-правовые основы разработки и реализации федерального проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда». Теоретическую основу исследования составляет анализ понятия, структуры и функций цифровой образовательной среды, а также возможностей проектной методологии в управлении цифровизацией российского образования. Представлены результаты анализа нормативно-правовых основ создания цифровой образовательной среды в Российской Федерации. В магистерской диссертации раскрываются результаты эмпирического исследования, посвященного деятельности Министерства образования, науки и молодежной политики Республики Коми по реализации федерального проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда», мониторингу реализации федерального проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда» в Республике Коми. Автор диссертации предлагает проект по созданию регионального ведомственного проектного офиса по реализации национального проекта «Образование» в Республики Коми. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of problems and ways to improve the implementation of the Federal Project «Digital Educational Environment» in the Komi Republic. The work considers the theoretical and regulatory framework for the development and implementation of the Federal Project «Digital Educational environment». The theoretical basis of the research is the analysis of the concept, structure and functions of the digital educational environment, as well as the possibilities of project methodology in managing the digitalization of Russian education. The results of the analysis of the regulatory framework for the creation of a digital educational environment in the Russian Federation are presented. The master's thesis reveals the results of an empirical study on the activities of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic on the implementation of the Federal Project «Digital Educational Environment», monitoring the implementation of the Federal Project «Digital Educational Environment» in the Komi Republic. The author of the dissertation proposes a project to create a regional departmental project office for the implementation of the National Project «Education» in the Komi Republic.

Сегодня образовательные программы магистратуры должны быть гибкими, ориентированными на современные требования, способствовать развитию цифровых и междисциплинарных навыков студентов, а также обеспечивать им возможности для личностного и профессионального роста, стимулировать развитие критического мышления, творческого подхода к решению проблем, а также умение работать в команде и адаптироваться к изменениям. Для успешного обучения студентов в подобной магистратуре нового поколения преподавателям требуется умение не только передавать знания, но и осуществлять наставничество, быть гибкими и адаптироваться к изменениям. Цель работы состоит в разработке эффективного инструмента адаптации преподавателей вузов к актуальным запросам магистратуры нового поколения. Основным объектом является Институт экономики и управления Уральского федерального университета. Апробация предлагаемого проекта проведена на примере образовательной программы магистратуры по направлению «Менеджмент». Научная новизна: предложено авторское определение магистратуры нового поколения, предложен новый инструмент адаптации преподавателей к требованиям магистратуры нового поколения, что позволит повысить качества образовательного процесса и достичь целевых показателей реализации магистерских программ. Практическая значимость состоит в том, что данный проект может быть использован и для других направлений подготовки Института экономики и управления. В последующем возможно масштабирование проекта на других направлениях подготовки магистратуры других институтов УрФУ. / Today, master’s degree programs should be flexible, focused on modern requirements, promote the development of students' digital and interdisciplinary skills, as well as provide them with opportunities for personal and professional growth, stimulate the development of critical thinking, creative approach to problem solving, as well as the ability to work in a team and adapt to changes. To successfully train students in such a new generation master’s degree, teachers need the ability not only to transfer knowledge, but also to mentor, be flexible and adapt to changes. The purpose of the work is to develop an effective tool for adapting university teachers to the current needs of a new generation of graduate students. The main object is the Institute of Economics and Management of the Ural Federal University. The approbation of the proposed project was carried out using the example of the Master's degree program in the field of Management. Scientific novelty: the author's definition of a new generation of master's degree is proposed, a new tool for adapting teachers to the requirements of a new generation of master's degree is proposed, which will improve the quality of the educational process and achieve the targets for the implementation of master's programs. The practical significance lies in the fact that this project can be used for other areas of training of the Institute of Economics and Management. In the future, it is possible to scale the project in other areas of master's degree training at other UrFU institutes.

The paper examines the digital transformation of the education sector through the use of digital technologies, the development of a digital educational environment, and the use of artificial intelligence. The paper reveals the features of the existential approach to understanding personality, such as individuality, freedom, responsibility. The author examines the possibilities and problems of applying the principles of existential pedagogy, which include the possibility of choice, self-determination and self-knowledge in a digital educational environment with distance learning. / В работе исследуется цифровая трансформация сферы образования через использование потенциала цифровых технологий, развития цифровой образовательной среды, применения искусственного интеллекта. В работе раскрываются особенности экзистенциального подхода к пониманию личности, такие как индивидуальность, свобода, ответственность. Рассматриваются возможности и проблемы применения принципов экзистенциальной педагогики, которые включают в себя возможность выбора, самодетерминацию и самопознание в цифровой образовательной среде при дистанционном обучении.
