В магистерской диссертации исследованы существующие подходы к определению сущности кластеризации и кластеров в экономике, осуществлен анализ предпосылок возникновения и развития инновационных кластеров. Определено значение инновационных кластеров в обеспечении реального экономического роста, повышении эффективности производства, проанализирована роль и место инновационных кластеров в современной постиндустриальной экономике. Проанализированы факторы, приводящие к негативным результатам в реализации национальной инновационной кластерной политики. / Abstract master's thesis: the master's thesis investigated the existing approaches to defining the essence of clustering and clusters in the economy, backgrounds the analysis of the emergence and development of innovation clusters. Determine the value of innovation clusters in providing real economic growth, improve production efficiency, to examine the role and place of innovation clusters in modern post-industrial economy. It analyzes the factors that lead to negative results in the implementation of the national innovation cluster policy.

Nowadays in the world of permanent instability and aggressive business methods greatly increases the degree of influence of those or other risks and factors on the welfare of the enterprise. Every year marketing idea is changing and upgrading. All this is due, first and foremost, change in the institutional environment – market transformation achievements in the area of science and technology, changes in the priorities of consumers, changes of the information area. In the past, marketing was based on providing information about the product, but now it's a model which represents emotions, visual images, subtext and a message between the words. Finally, a new approach to the understanding of the term "marketing" is creating a new paradigm of development. / В современном мире постоянной нестабильности и агрессивных методах ведения бизнеса сильно возрастает степень воздействия тех или иных рисков и факторов на благосостояние предприятия. Каждый год маркетинговая мысль претерпевает серьезные изменения и модернизацию. Все это вызвано, в первую очередь, изменением институциональной среды – трансформацией рынка, достижениями в области науки и техники, изменениями приоритетов потребителей, изменениями информационного пространства. Раньше маркетинг был основан на предоставлении информации о товаре, а теперь же это модель, представляющая эмоции, визуальные образы, подтекст и некий посыл, заключенный между слов. Таким образом, новый подход понимания термина «маркетинг» формирует новую парадигму его развития.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложений. В работе проведен анализ состояния и перспектив развития сектора креативных кластеров, включающий в себя их анализ по различным территориям и городам Российской Федерации. Проведен анализ места расположения территории будущего креативного кластера в городе Сысерть, разработана маркетинговая концепция создания и развития креативного кластера с учетом потребности разных возрастных групп населения. Разработано финансово – экономическое обоснование девелоперского проекта создания креативного кластера на территории бывшего чугунолитейного железоделательного завода Турчаниновых-Соломирских в городе Сысерть, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The Master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list and appendices. The paper analyzes the state and prospects of the development of the creative clusters sector, including their analysis for various territories and cities of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the location of the territory of the future creative cluster in the city of Sysert was carried out, a marketing concept for the creation and development of a creative cluster was developed, taking into account the needs of different age groups of the population. The financial and economic justification of the development project for the creation of a creative cluster on the territory of the former Turchaninov–Solomirsky iron foundry in the city of Sysert has been developed, the indicators of the economic efficiency of the project have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.

Master's thesis of Kazakova K. "Contemporary Art in the Art Cluster Structure: Development Potential and Forms of Interaction" is devoted to the study of the problem of searching for new forms and methods of interaction between the viewer and the representation of works in the field of contemporary art in the art cluster space. The task of the art cluster is to create a certain platform, scenery, conditions for the existence and change of scale of contemporary art and modern culture. Such spaces create favorable conditions for the development of art, due to the fact that festivals and educational programs in the field of contemporary art, cinema, architecture and design, as well as charitable events are regularly held on the territory of the art cluster. In this regard, there is a need for a careful and detailed study of the activities of such new practices as art clusters. The aim of the work is to reveal the potential of the art cluster as a platform for the development of contemporary art, to identify the prospect of creating an art cluster for the Sverdlovsk region (for example, the city of Yekaterinburg). Modern art in the structure of an art cluster is an object of study, under the subject of research is understood the methods and tools for the promotion and development of contemporary art in the structure of the art cluster. The structure of the work is two chapters with paragraphs. In the first chapter, the main points of the formation and development of art clusters are considered, the phased dynamics of their creation is traced, and their contribution to the formation of the creative environment is assessed. The second chapter considers successful mechanisms and existing practices of interaction between contemporary art and business, reveals the potential of new sites as a tool for the development and support of contemporary art in the city. / Магистерская диссертация Казаковой К.И "Современное искусство в структуре арт кластера: потенциал развития и формы взаимодействия" посвящена изучению проблемы поиска новых форм и методов взаимодействия зрителя и репрезентации произведений в сфере современного искусства в пространстве арт кластера. Задача арт кластера – это создать некую площадку, декорации, условия для существования и смены масштаба современного искусства и современной культуры. Такие пространства создают благоприятные условия для развития искусства, в связи с тем, что на территории арт кластера регулярно проводятся фестивали и образовательные программы в сфере современного искусства, кинематографа, архитектуры и дизайна, а также благотворительные мероприятия.В связи с этим появляется необходимость внимательного и детального изучения деятельности таких новых практик как арт кластеры. Целью работы является раскрытие потенциала арт кластера, как площадки для развития современного искусства, в выявлении перспективности создания арт кластера для Свердловской области (на примере города Екатеринбург). Современное искусство в структуре арт кластера выступает объектом исследования, под предметом исследования понимается методы и инструменты продвижения и развития современного искусства в структуре арт кластера. Структура работы представляет собой две главы с параграфами. В первой главе рассматриваются основные моменты становления и развития арт кластеров, прослеживается поэтапная динамика их создания, дается оценка их вклада в формирование творческой среды.Материал второй главы рассматривает успешные механизмы и существующие практики взаимодействия современного искусства и бизнеса, раскрывает потенциал новых площадок как инструмент развития и поддержку современного искусство в городе.

Для эффективного планирования деятельности инновационных кластеров в реальных условиях необходимо оценить инновационный потенциал этих кластеров. Целью магистерской диссертации заключается в выявлении закономерностей в оценке инновационного потенциала промышленных предприятий (или объединения предприятий) и разработки комплексной методики оценки инновационного потенциала машиностроительных кластеров, функционирующих в условиях кластерной политики. В работе рассматривается понятие регионального машиностроительного кластера и вопросы, связанные с оценкой инновационного потенциала в условиях кластерной политики. В качестве источников использовалась открытые статистические данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики, общедоступные результаты исследований, собственные исследования автора. В магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к оценке инновационного потенциала промышленного машиностроительного кластера в условиях кластерной политики, учитывающий региональную специализацию кластера, влияние производственных факторов в смежных промышленных областях, динамику реализации инновационных проектов в кластере, что обеспечивает системный и комплексный подход к принятию решений о перспективе развития промышленных кластеров в исследуемых регионах. / In order to effectively plan the activities of innovation clusters in real conditions, it is necessary to assess the innovation potential of these clusters. The purpose of the master's thesis is to identify patterns in the assessment of the innovative potential of industrial enterprises (or associations of enterprises) and to develop a comprehensive methodology for assessing the innovative potential of machine-building clusters operating in the context of cluster policy. The paper deals with the concept of a regional machine-building cluster and issues related to the assessment of innovation potential in the context of cluster policy. The sources used were open statistical data of the Federal State Statistics Service, publicly available research results, and the author's own research. The master's thesis developed a methodological approach to assessing the innovative potential of an industrial machine-building cluster in the context of cluster policy, taking into account the regional specialization of the cluster, the influence of production factors in related industrial areas, the dynamics of the implementation of innovative projects in the cluster, which provides a systematic and integrated approach to decision-making about the future development of industrial clusters in the studied regions.
