The diploma thesis focus on creating of the proposal of the real business plan for the establishment of the new branch office of confectionery shop Romance. The first part contains theoretical background, followed by analytical part and marketing research. In the proposal part, based on the information obtained, a business plan is created, which evaluates the chance of successful project implementation.
