This diploma thesis deals with selected legal questions regarding artwork in Czech Republic. Author focuses on artwork from copyright and civil legal perspective, specifically author´s rights and copyright and its legal protection (civil, administrative and criminal). It also addresses questions concerning licenses and licensing agreements, relation between artwork and its material object, buying and selling artwork, purchase agreement and other types of contract that artists usually encounter. The aim of this thesis is to identify the current state of legislation in this matter and issues that need to be addressed. Among other methods, author used a comparative method and a research in a form of survey in this thesis.

This Master’s thesis deals about strategy for Improving Auction of Properties in RS Gavlas Company. The theoretical part is concerned with an auction theory and a contemporary legislation. The practical part examines Czech auction market, an auction process, customer relationship management implementation and legislative problems with the aim to find new possibilities of use for company RS Gavlas.

Diplomová práce analyzuje možnosti vstupu Burda Auction, s.r.o. na filatelistický trh Spolkové republiky Německo. Obsahuje zhodnocení teoretických poznatků a používaných analytických metod, které jsou poté aplikovány při analýze německého trhu s filatelií a konkurenčního prostředí. A poté navrhuje vhodné strategie pro expanzi firmy Burda Auction, s.r.o. na německý trh.

This thesis examines part of financial analysis focused on financial risks arising from the results of the financial analysis. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of financial analysis, including formulas necessary for the analytical part of the work. Further defines the terms relating to the areas of risk, risk analysis and risk reduction methods. The analytical part is concerned with the present state of the selected company. The final section contains suggestions for improving the financing and stabilization of the company.

The subject of this thesis is to introduce the reader to the issue of possible financial investment in the virtual economy with real funds and design strategies to maximize the initial capital appreciation. The introduction describes the analysis of virtual PED currency, the economy and the system of publicly traded shares. The main part is focused on presenting the results of practical traded investment based on fundamental analysis, speculation about the intrinsic value of the shares and evaluating applied strategies, including the benefits of work.
