陸賈政治思想之研究

本文探討陸賈政治思想，視其如何替大一統的漢帝國，提出理想的治理之道。著眼於有效統治又避免重蹈秦苛政之覆轍，在《新語》之中，陸賈由「仁義」出發，提出「德治」作為最佳之統治方式，達到儒家式「無為而治」的境界，以保國家長治久安。再者，為確保德治理想的落實，陸賈吸收道家與法家之思想與觀念，並援引陰陽家災異類應學說，充分表現出兼融各家的思想特色。 陸賈政治思想中的具體主張，圍繞「逆取順守」的基本立場，強調治天下時要「順守」與得天下之「逆取」所著重的方法不同。同時，陸賈對「士」之角色重新認知，體認士人須調整自身角色，鼓勵士人作好出仕的準備，而成為政治系統的一部份，協助統治。
