由於會計是管理的工具，會計資料成為管理決策的主要參考依據。可是帳務處理如果
採用不同的會計方法，必然產生不同的結果。企業管理當局是否會因為這些不同的結
果，而作成不同的管理決策，更是本研究的重心。
本論文共一冊，預計五萬字。章節如下：
第一章 緒論。研究動機及目的、研究範圍、研究對象及樣本選定、資料之蒐集與分
析、主要假設與邏輯網。
第二章 會計政策之擬訂及改變。ヾ會計政策概述；ゝ會計政策之制訂；ゞ會計政策
之改變。
第三章 不同會計方法對管理決策之影響。ヾ會計資料在管理決策程序所扮演之角色
；ゝ不同會計方法對管理決策之影響；ゞ會計方法改變對管理決策之影響。
第四章 我國企業擬制會計政策之狀況。ヾ政策之制訂；ゝ政策之改變。
第五章 結論與建議。
