最適教育支出之研究

本文旨在將教育與資本配合運用到經濟成長模型中，做嚴密的分析，分為六章： 第一章除提出本文動機、目的與章節安排外，將簡單的介紹教育經濟學的沿革；第二 章將教育的消費性質及投資性質予以評析；第三章列舉教育投資準則，詳細介紹各種 準則的優點，並提出個人的觀點；第四章為本文之重點，使用最適控制方法來解決教 育投資準則中所列舉之受教育人數與教育投資金額的最適量，此最適量乃是密切的配 合經濟成長與資本投資而決定的水準；第五章則將第四章所獲得之結果繼續推廣到整 體孝育投資的規劃，並提出如何運用本文模式，以實證資料來檢定各階段教育的恰當 與否；第六章為結論及作者爾後所欲繼續研究的方向。
