第一章 緒論，首先說明本文研究的動機與方法，俾瞭解本文撰寫之緣起與理趣及 研究方法的依歸。次述現代組織理論的基本模型、現代組織理論的分析架構、組織 結構的基本概念等，依序進入本文研究的領域。 第二章 組織結構分化的理論基礎，乃分別從組織結構分化的概念、面向、變數等 來研究，探討組織結構分化的核心理論，並檢討其正、反功能，分析其優勝劣敗。 第三章 組織整合的理論基礎，本章與第二章採取對稱概念的研究法，亦是分別從 組織整合的概念、設計、變數等方面來研究，最後檢討組織整合的許多共同問題。 第四章 組織結構分化與整合的系絡分析，本章次序探討組織結構分化與整合在組 織設計中的意涵、在組織發展中的地位，以及在管理實務中的運用等，以窺分化與 整合理論在現代組織理論中所應佔有的一席之地。 第五章 結論，乃根據前面各章的理論探討，提出許多筆者個人的意見和主張，並 對組織結構分化與整合理論的未來發展，抱持樂觀的看法。 #2810427 #2810427
