分期付款交易稅務會計問題之研究

本文之研究，乃基於分期付款之交易方式，在今日經濟制度下極為普遍且重要，而其 性質又異於一次付款之交易，以及稅務會計亦趨複雜等事實，擬以文獻之審閱分析方 式，對我國現行稅法及稅務會計有關問題予以研究，以期能達到兼顧各租稅原則，而 稅務會計又簡化便利之目的。 本文研究內容如下： 第一章：緒論。 第二章：分期付款交易之概述。 第三章：我國現行稅法及稅務會計之有關規定。 第四章：分期付款交易之財務會計及我國相關法律規定。 第五章：美、日兩國之稅法及稅務會計有關規定。 第六章：我國現行稅法及稅務會計之檢討與建議。 第七章：結論。
