本研究主要在探討我國國際足球裁判職涯發展，分析台灣國際足球裁判個人需求面與職涯規劃。瞭解台灣國際足球裁判實務經驗面與職涯規劃。最後探討台灣國際足球裁判生涯發展面。本研究主要目的在探討國內足球裁判的執法現象及受到各種因素影響下對於其專業裁判的生涯規劃上所產生之影響，研究主軸透過質性研究深度訪談法，針對2014年中華民國足球協會認證之國際足球裁判12名且具代表性資深足球裁判與擔任裁判長裁判考核員等，經歷崇高的裁判界人士，進行訪談，透過蒐集可信且具代表的訪談資料以及國內外針對足球國際裁判之相關研究，做為資料的參考與驗證，使能瞭解我國國際足球裁判執法的職涯發展。最後根據研究結果提出具體建議，以作為提供產官學與對足球裁判有興趣，並有志往國際裁判目標邁進，和未來研究者之參考。 / The study explores the career development of international football referee in Taiwan, Republic of China, to analyze what is expected from the respective individuals as well as their career planning. This inquiry seek to understand the practical experience and career planning of Taiwanese international football referee and ultimately discuss their career development aspects. The main purpose of this research was to investigate the practice of domestic football referee, how different circumstance would affect their career planning and what these influence might be. The investigation was conducted through qualitative analysis of in depth interviews, with a focus on the 12 international football referees certified by Chinese Taipei Football Association in 2014, representative senior football referee and head referee who also served as assessment staff, etc., and also highly respected referee professionals, to collect credible and representative interview materials. Local and foreign literature on international football referee was also collected. The two types of materials serve as reference and point of departure in assessing and understanding the practice and career development of international referee in Taiwan.
