本文共三萬餘字，分為四章五節。茲略述各章的內容如下： 第一章：緒論。本文的目的在討論當國內市場發生扭曲時，各種貿易政策優劣順序之 問題，所採用的研究方法，則為用對偶性（DUALITY APPROACH）來討論國內市場情況 下的最適貿易政策。 第二章：對偶性（DUALITY APPROACH）之介紹。分別說明生產面的對偶性，消費面的 對偶性。 第三章：當國內市場有扭曲時之種貿易政策之比較。討論扭曲的一般理論以後，再討 論國內市場有內在扭曲以及有外在扭曲時之各種政策。 第四章：結論。依據前面各章分析的結果，提出綜合性的結論。
