本文旨在探討個人租賃所得課稅有關之問題，全文共一冊，約五萬字，分五章十二節 。第一章討論租賃所得範圍，第一節討論租賃所得定義，第二節討論我國租賃所得之 演進與課稅發展，第三節討論我國現行稅法對租賃所得範圍之規定。第二章分析我國 目前個人租賃所得逃漏之情錶，第一節討論租賃所得塊集方法，第二節分析租賃所得 逃漏之型態，第三節討論其原因，第四節討論我國現行稅法對租賃所得減除是否公平 合理。第三章以台灣地區房租來證明我國目前租賃所得逃漏相當嚴重。第四章為改進 淺見，第一節分析租賃所得課稅之公平及其對社會福利之影響，第二節討論防止逃漏 及達稅負公平之淺見。第五章為結論，討論其他補救措施，使租賃所得課稅能公平合 理。
