最適貨幣量與外匯政策之探討

傳統的浮動匯率文獻認為浮動匯率制度能夠隔絕國外的干擾，因此最適的政策是彷彿 處一個封閉經濟之中。本文根據理性預期建立一個兩國模型，共分六章十五節，分析 中表現了國際干擾傳遞來自名目工資僵固性之本質，並且探討兩國間之最適政策行為 ──國際政策合作能使各國均蒙其利。 當各國不能採取主動有效的貨幣政策，則各國必須在政策目標中作取捨。本文亦探討 在情報不完全與情報的差異下，貨幣當局如何適當應付國內外的名目與實質干擾。 本文模型中雖有一最適外匯市場干預隔絕外來的干擾，然而加強匯率管理的程度會降 低當局影響本國經濟的能力。
