梁士詒與民初政局（一九一二－一九一六）毛知礪, Wang, Zhi-Li Unknown Date (has links)
本文旨在探討民初袁世凱執政期間，梁士詒對於國家內政、外交、財政等方面的作
為與影響。所謂民初政局，本文論及者：在時間上，始於民國元年，終於民國五年
七月；在事件上，則始於辛亥鼎革，終於帝制運動失敗，袁氏羞憤病迕。
本文共分七章，除第一章緒論，共分五個主要單元。
第二章 晚清時代的梁士詒，訧梁氏個人家世與環境、教育與志趣、以及清末從事
路政工作的經驗，以奠定民初事業基礎，作概括性敘述。
第三章 梁士詒與袁世凱，以袁氏民初政權為重點，探討袁總統權位的謀取、鞏固
、擴大，以至改元洪憲，帝制自為的過程中，士詒的態度與表現。
第四章 梁士詒與民初財政，探討的範圍包括：士詒擔任財政職務，及其主張與擘
劃，以見其對於國家財政的功過得失。
第五章 梁士詒與民初外交，是由梁士詒外交主張與獻替，與外國友人的關係，及
歐戰爆發後因應政策與作為，藉以瞭解士詒裨益於民國外交之處。
第六章 梁士詒與交通系，以交通系為重點，從交通系的形成與發展，討士詒確立
過人地位與權勢的過程，並就嘉力作全面的分析。
