我國機械工程設計人才供需研究

機械工業已被核定為我國未來經濟發展的策略性產，政府準備大量投資，但也需要 足夠的人力加以支持，才能完成計劃目標。本文乃針對實質提高機械業水準的設計 人力加以調查研究，一方面調查主要廠家目前及未來對設計人才的需求情況，以及 其對設計工作的努力程度；同時對目前正在擔任設計工作的機械工程師，探討其具 有的特性及工作意願。另一方面藉著對本年度大學、工專機械系科畢業生的問卷調 查，探討其在校所接受的課程訓練是否具備設計工作所需的能力，以及對畢業後工 作選擇的意願。同時並研究過去三年度機械科系畢業生實際工作情況，與之比較並 探究差異原因。 綜合上述，本文將探討供需雙方的差距及其原因，並提供一些建議。 #2810576 #2810576
