燃油液壓油管路鋁管接頭之產能研究

本研究主要目的在瞭解鋁制管接頭產能之研究，此種鋁製管接頭多用於飛機上，由於 我國飛機數量少，因此多方收集各種需求之可能，以增加需求量。 鋁管接頭之製造分四主要過程，一是2024 7075 之鋁合金煉製，二是此種鋁合金的鍛 製和擠製，三是加工製螺紋和鑽孔，四是做表面處理工作。 國內產業界煉製2024 7075 鋁合金技術不足，鍛製和擠製鋁合金之經驗也不夠，車製 加工技術與設備都不缺，表面處理能力也夠。 目前需求量少，生產鋁管接頭並不經濟。若以一普通車床工廠來生產鋁管接頭，按照 排隊理論模擬法分析，一個工廠起碼需五部車床以上才能生產目前所需。 若需建立生產這種產品之零件工業，必需從基本工業如煉鋁和鍛擠製及開拓市場 手 。
