第一章緒論：首就漁船保險之意義、特殊性、背景現況及現存問題予以闡明。 第二章漁船保險契約：就現行漁船保險契約，分述其法律性質、基本要素及種類，並 述及外國有關保險法令、國際慣例適用我國漁船保險之法律依據。 第三章漁船船舶規章及保險單條款之分析：本章共分八節，係針對影響保險契約雙方 當事人權益較大之契約內容，予以分析、評論並比較。 第四章英國協會船舶保險主要附加條款之介紹：旨在分析國際上常採用之英國倫救協 會制訂之船舶保險條款，並介紹一九八三年一月制定之船舶保險條款草案。 第五章結論：綜合比較與建議。
