本論文係以清代載有陰律之善書中最為流行的《玉歷寶鈔》為中心，以其所載陰律（簡稱「陰律」）分別與儒、釋、道三教之行為規範（簡稱「三教規範」）、宋代以後的中國傳統法律（簡稱「國法」）相比較，找出陰律與三教規範、國法兩者之關係，並對陰律加以分類，藉此瞭解陰律此一「活法」，增進對中國傳統法文化之認識。 陰律可粗分為：人―宗教關係類、人―非人眾生關係類、人―人關係類，其與三教規範間之關係主要為相類似、相親近、相衝突，其與國法間之關係則為：相親近、相衝突、相補充。基於研究所得，陰律是一套三教混雜、聖俗不分、橫跨三界、古今皆存、抽象具體並立的行為規範，其與三教規範、國法共同組成了一張各主不同階層或團體的法網。
