中共對美國外交政策：理論與實質關係探討

儘管中共與美國建立了正式外交關係，但中共圖我之心不減，而美國又是我們最重 要貿易對象，武器供應國，中華民國，美國，中共三者關係如同美國，中共，蘇俄 三者關係，非常微妙。 論文第一章導論是簡介一般性的外交政策理論，第二章分析中共外交政策取向，中 共的「國家角色」，「國家目標」，及中共的「國力」。第三章分析中共與美國建 交的互動過程，重點乃是以中共觀點為主，美國觀點為輔。第四章則分析中共與美 國準同盟的形成，首先分析準同盟旳概念，其次分析中共與美國建交後在商務、文 化、科技、軍事等實質關係的進展，再次探討中共聯美制俄的運作。第五章則分析 中共與美國的歧見－「台灣問題」個案探討。最後是結論，首先總結前面的分析， 其次，再建立一般性的通則。 #2810473 #2810473
