第一章緒論：敘述研究動機與目的。本研究探討職業前途計劃與職業成就績效的關係
。以管理碩士為母體，工作滿意與生活滿意為職業成就績效的衡量指標，做一實證性
研究。
第二章研論基礎與文獻探討：對國內、外有關「職業前途」與職業成就績效衡量的理
論與研究，做一陳述與批評。
第三章研究方法：包括定義研究變數，提出虛無假設及說明研究設計、研究工具、分
析工具等。
第四章（１）研究企業支持員工進行前途計劃的程度，實施時困難因素的探討。
（２）以人口統計變數與職業前途計劃程度為自變數，工作滿意與生活滿意為應變數
，研究其間的因果關係。
第五章研究結論與建議：根據前章研究發現提出結論與建議，俾對企業了解人力資源
，制定合宜的員工前途發展方案，有所助益。
