旨在對於我國產業集中率的探討，同時並研究是否租稅政策會使集中率有所變動。章 節如下： 第一章緒論：對產業經濟結構一般分析，及本文架構之簡介。 第二章理論文獻之回顧：集中率的應用，租稅效果對集中率的影響。 第三章台灣現階段產業租稅政策：探討產業的各目、實質稅率，現階段獎勵措施對集 中率的鼓勵效果。 第四章：對集中率影響的實證：建立實證模型，以估測租稅與其他因素對集中率影響 效果，何者較為顯著。 第五章結論與建議：做實證結果分析及建議。
