國營事業用人費率單一薪給制度之研究

本篇論文共乙冊，約十萬字，分七章廿五節。首先敘述本人研究本文動機、目的、研 究方法及經過，次說明薪資合理化意義、條件、功用與適當用人費等；再次說明用人 費率單一薪給制度實施背景、理論基礎、基本構想、辦理依據及現行實施此制概況。 最後根據本人所設計問卷調查表，對實施此制之事業機構員工作計劃抽樣，依所獲資 料用以分析檢討國營事業現行用人費率單一薪給制度之優點與缺點，並分析此制演變 變經過，濟於形式、名存實亡原因及其問題癥結所在，進而提供改進意見，作為今後 國營事業改進或調整待遇或其他事業機構作行此制之參考，俾使國營事業待遇制度更 瑧完善，員工薪資更趨合理化，使國營事業企業化目標早日實現。
