國民住宅用地取得途徑之研究

第一章 緒論，介紹研究動機、研究目的、研究範圍與方法，並為本文提出一個架 。 第二章 敘述我國居室建設之基本原則，從 國父遺教中之居室建設、先總統 蔣 公對住宅建設之訓示，描繪出現階段住宅建設政策之遠景。 第三章 分析當前住宅問題之成因、現況，以及限制條件等……，其中影響國民住 宅建設推動之主要障礙，在於用地取得甚為困難。 第四章 計算用地需求量之多寡，為達成「住者有其屋」之目標，政府在年度計劃 內應該取得之用地有多少。 第五章 為取得這些國宅用地，目的取得方式如何，所遭遇到之困擾如何。 第六章 檢討及建議，分為治本、治標辦法，對於前章所述困擾，提出解決之道， 期能藥到病除，提供國民良好居住環境。
