現金減資資訊內涵之研究

本研究以事件研究法探討國內上市櫃公司於進行現金減資後，股價的短期宣告效果以及長期走勢。本研究實證結果顯示，公司進行現金減資後短期內，其股價有正向的異常報酬，並與現金減資比例之大小呈正相關。關於現金減資公司的長期表現，本研究發現，公司辦理現金減資後，其股價的長期異常報酬呈現下滑的趨勢。
