浙江立憲運動與浙省民初政局關係之研究

政治精英是政治體系中革命性變遷的指標。辛亥革命前後，中國傳統的政治權力結構 發生鉅變，在此變遷中，政治領導階層所發生的變化，值得重視。 一八九五年展開的開民智運動是近代中國首度的社會文化改革運動，它的基本精神元 素是危機感、愛國心與救亡意識，立憲運動即是承續此種時代精神所蘊生的政治改革 運動，它是晚清政治潮流的主導勢力，而立憲團體則是當時具有高度政治影響力的團 體，它的組成分子是政治社會各界的領導精英。本篇論文即是以浙江立憲團體作為研 究的主體，旨在探討其成員的組成內涵，分析其政治態度方面的變化，並評估其政治 影響力的消長情形。希望透過這種研究，考察清末民初的政治領導階層。 本文除前言與結論外，計分三章。第章：政治人物的組成分析，第二章：政治活動的 傾向，第三章：政治活動的實效評估。
