台灣稻田轉作問題之研究－－以雲林縣崙背鄉為個案研究地區

本論文共一冊，約六萬五千字，分五章十五節。目的在了解稻田轉作背景．分析探討 轉作計劃、農民反應、及施行成果，以提供今後實施稻田轉作政策的參考，期以有效 解決稻米過剩問題。 第一章為緒論。指出轉作的背景，美、日及我國解決糧食過剩情形，研究動機、目的 、流程、方法、並簡介研究地區。 第二章是有關轉作目標方面的研究。分就轉作目標，七十三年轉作成果极稻米需求預 測加以探討。 第三章則討論轉作措施。先介紹轉作措施內容，再以雲林縣崙背鄉為個案研究區、調 查分析農民轉作意願及對轉作措施的反映。 第四章是就稻田轉作目的做一番探討，分析稻田轉作調整作物生產結構。促進土地資 源利用及節省政府財政支出，增加農民收益情形。 第五章為結論與建議。乃綜合本研究的探討分析，作一扼要之總結，並加以建議。
