本論文は、戦前の我が国の会計学のレベルが高く株式取引も活発だったにも関わらず会計士監査制度ができなかった理由が政府と財閥企業の秘密主義に基づくこと、戦後GHQによって構築された会計士監査制度が大蔵省によって換骨奪胎されたこと、この制度がスケープゴートとなって社会的に重要なアカウンタビリティの概念が曲解されてしまっていること、等の指摘を通して会計監査の本質を明らかにするとともに、我が国の会計監査の方向性を示唆した。 / 本論文は『会計監査本質論』(森山書店、2016年)として出版されている。 / 博士(商学) / Doctor of Commerce / 同志社大学 / Doshisha University
