中共土地改革之研究----一個經濟面的剖析

第一章緒論共分三節，內容係敘本論文研究的動機與研究範圍及研究上所受限制。第 二章中共土地改革經濟緣起分五節，引述中共實施土地改革的經濟理由，諸如：超經 濟地租、實物地租、馬克斯資本論等等，並試予評析。第三章中共土地改革是否具有 經濟意義？分五節，臚列中共土地政策各期變革，並試評其是否具有經濟上意義。第 四章中共土地改革與捷克、蘇俄及我國土地改革之比較，以見上列各國及中共土地改 革之性質及我國土地改革之成功。第五章中共土地改革之經濟效益，分五節，係從中 共土改前後之人口、糧食生產、耕地面積、勞力集約度、單位產量、國民所得各方面 作經濟效益分析，由於中共歷年公布上列各項統計數字浮夸不實，因此，須引證比較 ，以洞真況。第六章結論，綜合論中共土地改革，就其外表視之可謂已完成，然則實 質上卻問題重重，危機四伏。
