本論文共六章、十二節，約八萬多字，裝訂成一冊。內容在分析中共工業化的策略，
工業化的成果，以及現階段中共工業面臨的問題、中共所做的工業改革。最後探討中
共工業發展的展望。
過去三十年中共工業在集權計劃制度強力的推動下，創下八％以上的年成長率，並且
建立一個種類齊全的工業部門，但也造成了效率低落、產品品質不佳的弊端。目前中
共推行的工業改革，企圖在宏觀上多用一點自由市場的力量，在微觀上多給企業一點
誘因，以提高效率，改善產品品質。但礙於國內外的客觀因素，中共工業改革前途多
艱。
