我國勞保醫療支出增加原因之研究

在探討近年來我國勞保醫療支出的急劇增加。醫療支出上漲，雖是世界各國共同的趨 勢，然此並不能代表國民的健康水準即能相對的提高。導致勞保醫療支出增加的原因 相當多，有無浪費情形存在實需加以注意。 第一章緒論，旨在說門研究動機與目的及研究範圍與資料來源。第二章敘述有關的文 獻對醫療保險的探討，知其乃本風險分擔的原則進行。第三章對我國勞保制度與勞保 各項支出加以說明，發現勞保醫療支出佔勞保總支出的比例年年上升。第四章則在於 瞭解決定醫療支出增加的因素為何，本文從經濟因素與非經濟因素來著手。第五章以 各種統計計量模式，進一步的對勞保支出加以比較分析。第六章結論與建議。
