Jazykové chování slovenských rodilých mluvčích v Čechách / Language behaviour of native speakers of Slovak in Bohemia

Kříž, Adam January 2020 (has links)
The thesis covers sociolinguistic and psycholinguistic aspects of Czech and Slovak language relations. To both fields, it contributes in the form of own empirical research. At the centre of attention are native speakers of Slovak living long-term in Czechia and their language behaviour under this setting in relation to Czech and Slovak. Given that two languages in question are genetically very close and mutual intelligible, the actual language behaviour of the described population is not strictly predetermined by the social norms (Dickins, 2009). However, there are also conditions supporting the accommodation to Czech (Sloboda, 2005). The thesis focuses on the identification of factors influencing language choice and on the impacts of such factors on the psychlinguistic processing of Slovak and Czech words. The sociolinguistic part builds on questionnaire-based surveys, such as those conducted by Sloboda (2006). The own questionnaire survey was carried out via web. The data from 651 respondents were assessed, all from native speakers of Slovak having grown up in Slovakia and commencing their stay in Czechia after the age of 18. The data revealed that Slovak is used more than Czech, that Czech is more often perceived, that the use of Czech is more common in the communication with strangers or in...

Návrh experimentu pro řešení inverzní úlohy vedení tepla / Design of Experiment for Inverse Heat Transfer Problem

Horák, Aleš January 2011 (has links)
this thesis complex inverse heat transfer problem, which is focused on optimal design of experiment, is studied. There are many fields and applications in technical practice, where inverse tasks are or can be applied. On first place main attention is focused on industrial metallurgical processes such as cooling of continues casting, hydraulic descaling or hot rolling. Inverse problems are in general used to calculate boundary conditions of differential equations and in this field are used to find out Heat Transfer Coefficient (HTC). Knowledge of numerical approximation of precise boundary conditions is nowadays essential. It allows for example design of optimized hot rolling mill cooling focused on material properties and final product quality. Sequential Beck’s approach and optimization method is used in this work to solve inverse heat transfer problems. Special experimental test bench measuring heat transfer intensity was developed and built to full fill specific requirements and required accuracy. There were four different types of thermal sensor applied and studied. Those sensors are in usage in Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow laboratory (Heatlab) at various experimental test benches. Each specific sensor was tailored in Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow Laboratory to specific metallurgical application. Fist type of sensor was designed to simulate cooling during continuous casting. Second sensor is used for experiments simulate hot rolling mill cooling, while third sensor is designated for experiments with fast moving hot rolled products. Last sensor is similar to sensor type one, but thermocouple is located parallel to cooled surface. Experimental part of this study covers series of measurements to investigate Heat Transfer Coefficient (HTC) for various types of coolant, cooling mixtures and spray parameters. Results discovered in this study were compared with published scientific articles, and widely extend the knowledge of cooling efficiency for commonly used

Prostředí Autobus ve vyučování matematice na 1. stupni ZŠ / Mathematical environment Bus in primary school

Pártl, David January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the mathematical environment Bus realized through mathematical tasks in textbooks Hejný et al. The issue is aimed at pupils of the fourth grade of primary school. The main point of the theoretical part is study of gradual gradation of tasks in environment Bus from 1st to 5th grade of primary school. It was found that the frequency of the tasks in the textbook for the fourth grade is impaired and on the basis has been prepared experiment that complement the tasks so that the frequency has been unimpaired. The practical part includes the preparation of an experiment in which custom- designed tasks were formulated. They were linked with fourth-year primary school curriculum. By performing two experiments was obtained 262 pupil's solutions of tasks, in which were recorded and analyzed pupil's mistakes. This enabled to formulate phenomenons that could be caused by impaired frequency of tasks in environment Bus in textbooks Hejný et al. KEYWORDS graduaded problems, experiment, Hejný's teaching method, mathematical environment Bus, word problems, work with table

Rozhodovací úlohy a empirická data; aplikace na nové typy úloh / Decision Problems and Empirical Data; Applications to New Types of Problems

Odintsov, Kirill January 2013 (has links)
This thesis concentrates on different approaches of solving decision making problems with an aspect of randomness. The basic methodologies of converting stochastic optimization problems to deterministic optimization problems are described. The proximity of solution of a problem and its empirical counterpart is shown. The empirical counterpart is used when we don't know the distribution of the random elements of the former problem. The distribution with heavy tails, stable distribution and their relationship is described. The stochastic dominance and the possibility of defining problems with stochastic dominance is introduced. The proximity of solution of problem with second order stochastic dominance and the solution of its empirical counterpart is proven. A portfolio management problem with second order stochastic dominance is solved by solving the equivalent empirical problem. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Rozvoj inverzních úloh vedení tepla řešených s využitím optimalizačních postupů a vysokého stupně paralelizace / Development of inverse tasks solved by using the optimizing procedures and large number of parallel threads

Ondroušková, Jana Unknown Date (has links)
In metallurgy it is important to know a cooling efficiency of a product as well as cooling efficiency of working rolls to maximize the quality of the product and to achieve the long life of working rolls. It is possible to examine this cooling efficiency by heat transfer coefficients and surface temperatures. The surface temperature is hardly measured during the cooling. It is better to compute it together with heat transfer coefficient by inverse heat conduction problem. The computation is not easy and it uses estimated values which are verified by direct heat conduction problem. The time-consuming of this task can be several days or weeks, depends on the complexity of the model. Thus there are tendencies to shorten the computational time. This doctoral thesis considers the possible way of the computing time shortening of inverse heat conduction problem, which is the parallelization of this task and its transfer to a graphic card. It has greater computing power than the central processing unit (CPU). One computer can have more compute devices. That is why the computing time on different types of devices is compared in this thesis. Next this thesis deals with obtaining of surface temperatures for the computation by infrared line scanner and using of inverse heat conduction problem for the computing of the surface temperature and heat transfer coefficient during passing of a test sample under cooling section and cooling by high pressure nozzles.

Baireovské a harmonické funkce / Baire and Harmonic Functions

Pošta, Petr January 2017 (has links)
Title: Baire and Harmonic Functions Author: Petr Pošta Department: Department of Mathematical Analysis Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Jaroslav Lukeš, DrSc., Department of Mathematical Analysis Abstract: The present thesis consists of six research papers. The first four articles deal with topics related to potential theory, Baire-one functions and its important subclasses, in particular differences of semicontinuous functions. The first paper is devoted to the stability of the Dirichlet problem for which a new criterion in terms of Poisson equation is provided. The second paper improves the recent result obtained by Lukeš et al. It shows that the classical Dirichlet solution belongs to the B1/2 subclass of Baire-one functions. A generalization of this result to the abstract context of the Choquet theory on functions spaces is provided. Finally, an abstract Dirichlet problem for the boundary condition belonging to the class of differences of semincontinuous functions is discussed. The third paper concentrates on the Lusin-Menshov property and the approximation of Baire- one and finely continuous functions by differences of semicontinuous and finely continuous functions. It provides an exposition of topologies (various density topologies as well as the fine topologies in both linear and non-linear potential...

Okrajová úloha pro homogenní lineární diferenciální rovnici 4. řádu s jednostrannou podmínkou

HOLŠAN, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
Let us have a boundary value problem for the fourth order homogeneous linear ordinary differential equation with constant coefficients, four zero boundary conditions and one additional unilateral condition in the interior of the domain. We prove the existence of a sequence of non-trivial solutions for three types of boundary conditions.

Exprese a funkce buněčného prionového proteinu na krevních buňkách / Expression and function of cellular prion protein in blood cells

Glier, Hana January 2012 (has links)
The cellular prion protein (PrPc) is essential for pathogenesis of fatal neurodegenerative prion diseases. Recently reported four cases of vCJD transmission by blood transfusion raise concerns about the safety of blood products. Proper understanding of PrPc in blood is necessary for development of currently unavailable blood screening tests for prion diseases. Flow cytometry is an attractive method for prion detection, however, the reports on the quantity of PrPc on human blood cells are contradictory. We showed that the majority of PrPc in resting platelets is present in the intracellular pool and is localized in α-granules. We demostrated that both, human platelets and red blood cells (RBC) express significant amount of PrPc and thus may play an important role in the transmission of prions by blood transfusion. Our results suggest a unique modification of PrPc on human RBC. Such modification of pathological prion protein could distort the results of blood screening tests for prions. Further we showed that the storage of blood prior to analysis and the choice of anti-prion antibody greatly affect the detection of PrPc by flow cytometry and we identified platelet satellitism as a factor contributing to the heterogeneity of PrPc detection in blood cells. Moreover, we demonstrated existence of...
