Úloha sestry v primární péči o děti trpící enurézou / The role of primary care nurse for children with enuresis

VYSTRČILOVÁ, Kateřina January 2011 (has links)
The research has shown that the need to empty urine with the wetting problem, the need for certainty and security with the feeling of shame not only among enuretic children but also their parents, the need for liquid intake with the problem of not meeting the sufficient intake during morning and early afternoon hours and subsequent feeling of thirst are the most frequently unmet needs of enuretic children. According to nurses their role is based on education of parents and their enuretic children in the field of liquid intake regime and emptying the urine, and basic urine examination. The nursing care provided by nurses in surgeries of paediatric practitioners to enuretic children is sufficient; nurses are aware of the problems with the needs of enuretic children and try to solve them. However they educate enuretic children and their parents badly in the treatment regime principles, they do not require a feedback and are not interested in adherence on the rules they recommend. The nurses? knowledge is particularly poor in terms of the correct drinking regime rules the principles of the correct hygienic regime and application of hygienic aids to older children, the rules of waking children up for urination by their parents and particularly the knowledge of physiologic development of a child in urination regulation and its upbringing in 7 steps. Knowledge of the treatment regime is quite sufficient among parents. They probably gain correct information from practitioners, nephrologists and further sources, like the Internet. However the knowledge in the field of enuresis problems (the term, causes, age limit of wetting pathology) and of the child development in urination regulation and its upbringing in 7 steps is insufficient. Parents sit their children on the potty early, mostly before 1 year of age which contributes to the occurrence of enuresis. The parents unfortunately consider their knowledge insufficient.

Informovaný souhlas nezletilých osob a osob s omezenou svéprávností / Informed consent of minors and persons with limited legal capacity

Vráblová, Barbora January 2015 (has links)
Informed consent presents interesting legal and ethical challenges that have been widely discussed both in Czech and foreign literature. Significant portion of the literature is concerned with a relationship between doctors and their patients and with the historical development of this relationship or with the principle of autonomy as one of the fundamental principles in the area of healthcare provision. Issues related to informed consent of minors or persons with limited legal capacity are often given only small amount of scholarly attention. It is for this reason that this diploma thesis deals solely with the issues related to the health care provided to minors and persons with limited legal capacity. The aim of this thesis is to create an integrated overview of the law regulating informed consent of these persons, to introduce the most important changes that have been made in recent years by the Act on Health Services and Conditions of Their Provision and by the Civil Code, and finally to add some of my reflections on selected issues which I find particularly problematic. The sixth chapter of the thesis focuses on a comparison between the Czech law and the English common law regulating informed consent of minors and persons with limited legal capacity. The issues of informed consent is an...

Nové techniky návrhu celulárních automatů / New Cellular Automata Design Techniques

Baláž, Martin January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this master thesis is to introduce a new technique for the design of cellular automata which will provide a better possibilities for the implementation and solving given problems in an environment of non-uniform automata. In this work, the theoretical foundations of cellular automata have been summarized and the possibilities of their design were examined using two evolutionary principles that have commonly been used - genetic algorithm and cellular programming. Two principally different issues were selected on which the possibilities and capabilities of these techniques were proven: the synchronization problem and the system of implementation of logic gates in an environment of cellular automata. Based on a review of the implementation properties and the initial results of usage of these methods a new design method for cellular automata was created - cellular evolution. The cellular evolution with its method of "prediction of the future state of surrounding cells" provides new possibilities in the design of cellular automata since it operates with structured genes which allow the gene to be active for a variety of cellular surroundings. In the conclusion of this work, all three methods were compared on two selected problems and their abilities were summarized in a detailed overview.

Genetické algoritmy / Genetic Algorithms

Miček, David January 2009 (has links)
This thesis presents description of Genetic algorithm. The description begins with theory of complexity and following basic theory of genetic algorithm. Next part explains the principle of all three tasks – travelling salesman problem, knapsack problem and evolution of algorithm for five-in-a-row. The main focus was on developing the algorithm for five-in-a-row. The results were tested with other similar algorithms from internet. In case of travelling salesman problem and knapsack problem, the results were compared with gradient optimization methods.

Návrh řízení všesměrového mobilního robotu O3-X / Design of omni directional mobile robot (O3-X) control

Olša, Petr January 2010 (has links)
This thesis deals with the design of a three-wheeled omni-directional robot control. The model of control is designed for robot´s omni-directional platform driven by maxon motor with the intelligent positioning controller EPOS. The design of control contains: - installation of the coordinated systems and transformation from one of them into another - design of system´s kinematical model - creation of classes for control and communication with EPOS - creation of the simulative program - planning of the mobile robot´s path - verification that the system is working The solution was based on continuous accelerated motion and the maximal acceleration of wheels was concerned, so that the slip would be suppressed. The function of the model was partly verified.

Prostorová dekompozice úloh stochastického programování s omezeními ve tvaru diferenciálních rovnic / Spatial Decomposition for Differential Equation Constrained Stochastic Programs

Šabartová, Zuzana January 2012 (has links)

Vliv okolní tkáně na napjatost výdutě mozkových tepen / Influence of the surrounding tissue on the stresses in brain arterial aneurysms

Lipenský, Zdeněk January 2012 (has links)
This thesis is focused on stress in brain aneurysms. It consists of three parts. First part is aimed for gaining information about the topic from scientific resources. Next part consists of analyses of geometry of cerebral aneurysms on the computed wall stress. Analyses are performed on four basic geometrical models and results are being discussed. The risky areas in each investigated shape have been identified as well as the comparisons of stress between those shapes have been performed and the most dangerous shape among investigated shapes has been determined. Third part investigates the influence of surrounding tissue on the brain aneurysm. Conclusion of this thesis is that brain gray tissue has positive yet negligible effect on the computed wall stress.
